### "Great customer service helps your business migrate to voice over internet "

4Voice helped me install the system, configure the phones and is always available to answer any questions I have. The service is economical and does everything I could want. Voice over internet is great solution for small business phone service, and 4Voice takes care of you every step of the way.

Pros

Works just like a conventional phone service. Great customer support helped me through installation and configuration, and after that, little support was needed. Economical international calling is a plus.

Cons

Use of the phone units is not always intuitive, but the training videos help if you have the time.

Pros

Have been a customer for 4 years, ordered a phone today and it was delivered configured within an hour - would highly recommend!

Cons

None that I am aware of, their product and solution are great!

### "Beware Contract Terms"

I found the \[sensitive content hidden\] to be not customer-centric. His insistence on holding to a complete 3 year payout on the contract, regardless of the customer situation, was insensitive and in my opinion showed lack of customer empathy

Pros

The \[sensitive content hidden\] responded quickly to my request to cancel the service

Cons

Contract terms are non-flexible. We had a material change at home and wanted to cancel VoIP contact after year 2 of a 3-year agreement. The \[sensitive content hidden\] was nonflexible on any form of early buyout. Early terminations are common in this industry, and I was sad they would not work with a customer who had been with them for 2 years.

They made our transition so easy. I was very skeptical but they proved me wrong. 4Voice really knows about great service. I would always recommend them.

Pros

Always a live person to talk with. They are really hands on.

Pros

Very customizable. A great step in the right direction, away from normal analog phone system. 4Voice has been great to work with. Came recommended by a colleague.

Cons

We are not technologically savvy folks in our office and we don't have a dedicated tech person so the 4Voice crew had to walk us through a lot of the basic functions and setup, but once they did, we have loved it.

Ease of Use and reliability are two things I like about Four Voice but the people over there are a pleasure to deal with

We have found that 4Voice benefits our business in so many ways. The cell phone app allows us to speak with my clients from anywhere utilzing my office phone number .

Pros

We have been in business for 26 years and 4Voice is leaps and bounds above any phone service we have utilized in the past. The software and state of the art telephones are very to use....there is no looking back.

Cons

Simply stated we are very happy with the software.
