I found the product to be remarkably easy to use and quite fast, which has been a big plus. A major positive for me is how effectively it works and integrates specifically within Microsoft Teams Rooms, as that was my main reason for getting the platform. While I did run into a limitation with dual display support in that specific environment, I understand this is likely a technical issue with Microsoft's platform rather than a problem with XOGO itself, so I'm not faulting XOGO for that. Basically, I've had a highly favorable experience. I've really appreciated how easy it is to use and how quickly it performs, and it's been successful in integrating with how I intended to use it in Microsoft Teams Rooms, even with that minor external technical constraint. Pros Very easy to use, quite fast too. Works quite well on Microsoft Teams Rooms which was my main intention with the platform. Cons Lack of support for dual display within a Microsoft Teams room, likely an issue with Microsoft so not going to ding XOGO for that. Pros The thing I like most about XOGO Decision Signage would be the communication between management to employees. Cons The thing I least like XOGO would be the choice to put the slides in order. When creating my playlist, the slides sometimes get out of order. September 27, 2024 5.0 I found XOGO when I was looking for a Signage software to stream content in our office. I want a online management system, where I can setup and test easily, where I can update the sources (pictures, videos, web dahsboards, powerBI reports, etc) and manage the content that I want to stream in the screens. Also, one tool that doesn't require aditional hardware. And finally I found out all of this and much more within XOGO Signage Software. Pros Felixibility, agility and usability. XOGO provides a excellent range of options to stream and through a very user-friendly interface it is possible to adapt the content in real-time using just one click. Its really good! Cons XOGO needs to add stronger scheduling features. Not being able to set a start and end date beyond just the day of the week is very limiting, and it's something many other digital signage companies offer. It allows you to schedule playlist swaps on a day of your choosing. So now you can set up all of your playlists in advance and schedule them for an entire month, quarter or year!  They'll change over automatically on the date you specify. For full screen please make sure that your images and videos are the same resolution as your TV (ie 1920 x 1080 pixels) so there's no letterboxing on the sides. Regarding Apple devices you can run the iOS version of XOGO Manager on an M1 Mac, but we also just released a browser based version that runs in Safari as well! November 8, 2021 2.0 I was excited about the functionality and being able to use this at our marketing desk at the resort, but it only worked for a couple of days then went to displaying a solid light blue screen and nothing else. I have sent multiple tickets to support but have received zero assistance so far. I believe that our firewall is stopping delivery of support emails so I filed an additional ticket asked that responses be sent to my personal email... still nothing. Another annoyance is that I am unable to utilize my login credentials to login on the support page and when I try to register, I get a message that I am already registered. December 13, 2022 3.0 When we emailed technical support with a very clear complaint about the scheduling, the response was a link to a YouTube video that we had already watched and did not answer our question. Technical support is lacking and it took two days to even get a response that did not answer our questions. Pros Displays nicely and clearly. There is the ability to rotate images in the app, but it is not an easy thing to find. Cons Scheduling is difficult and only available on the Windows app. Functionality on Android is much less. The free overlay feature for time/temp and weather is also difficult to set up. Pros It is easy to setup i hooked the device ( Xogo Mini 4K) into the TV Pushed the Wifi settings to it VIA bluetooth. Then installed the Xogo app onto my samsung phone. uploaded some pictures created a playlist etc. Which worked some what correctly. Cons Ok so a majority of people use Iphones i purchased this device and of course everyone in the company i gave it to had iphones. so yeah no support. but i guess we should be able to put it on a windows 10 machine so this client can manage his signage well unfortunatly he runs windows 7 throughout his workplace. Thats ok ill grab them a laptop with windows 10. navigate through the crappy windows store. download the manager app onto the laptop the app opens then closes automatically. I should add there is no support number for Xogo you just send a email and wait. i for one personally hate this style of support you write something and just hope the support team gets back to you. Now all this aside you purchase the 300 dollar xogo mini 4k but guess what guys you cannot setup a certain timer schedule for your images unless you pay Xogo 20 bucks a month the free version is extremely limited. First, we state very clearly on our website, in multiple places, that the iOS version of XOGO Manager is in development and has not been released yet (we hope to have it ready for release next month actually). Second, you can indeed schedule content in the free version of XOGO - you can set the play duration for all of your still graphics and which days of the week you want an item to play on (time of day coming soon). Finally, when you emailed our support team and received a ticket (nearly all tech companies use a ticketing system like this to allow multiple people to assist and keep records), we responded right away with suggestions, and questions about what PC you were using, etc. If you're still having issues with the Windows 10 PC that you wrote about please contact us at support@xogo.io and we can arrange to remotely log into your PC via Splashtop and resolve the issue. It serves the basic purpose of what it was purchased for, and delivers with good quality imaging. Pros I love the setup of the software and how easy it is to update things straight from the app on my phone. The app is very simple and easy to manage the images and playlists. It is very basic and straightforward within the app itself. The quality of the XOGO software is pretty good too. The setup instructions were easy to follow and the customer support has been awesome in overcoming some of the challenges we have faced on our end. Customer support was quick to reply and consistent in following up to be sure we had our software up and running. Cons I wish the software had a way to split the screen and manage as separate images. We are using the board as a directory for our new building, and it would be great to keep half of the screen as the same directory image and have the other half of the screen rotating images to feature events and new information for our company. Currently, we are creating multiple images by doing a save as of the previous version with the directory incorporated; however, if something on the directory were to change, I then have to update every image in my library because it is on every image. Not a fault of the XOGO, just a feature I would like to see. Another challenge we face with this software, is that my desktop does not have wifi; therefore, I cannot update the screen from my computer. I have to create the images, upload them to a cloud-based drive and then use the app on my phone to download the images and then upload them into the XOGO app. This could potentially be solved with wifi access on my computer, but it is a challenge we have come across. Images must natively match your screen pixel counts. Once we figured that out it was smooth sailing. Device goes blank once in a while but we reconnect and it comes back online. Your media player will download the new content and then seamlessly work it into playback after a couple full revolutions of your playlist.
