My only concern is that for equipment I already own, I have to spend extra per monitor. I’d understand if I had to on multiple locations but a single location using different slides, it gets a little pricy each month. Cons I’m not a big fan of having to use only my phone to upload images or videos, some projects I would prefer to use just the PC for simplicity. XOGO is the answer. Pros XOGO makes setting up a digital sign incredibly easy. I was up and running within 30 minutes. Cons I don't have enough time in my day to put together new content for the sign, but that's hardly XOGO's fault. :) They also offer help creating content, but I haven't explored that option yet. It is rock solid and that's the biggest need. Pros Very easy to use out of the box. It's great to use on a computer connected to your screen and it is efficient. Cons Loading content can't be batch loaded. It all has to be loaded one at a time. There are also no options for transitions. On top of the ether net issue the account software is impossible to find. It keeps pointing you to the same thing and you cannot get the phone/tablet/computer to talk to the xogo box ether net = melt down. Pros I have been banging my head again a wall for weeks trying to get this set up. I am not getting the xogo box to communicate with anything whether it is attached to a ether net cable or not. I am not sure that is made clear with the instructions that are given that there is a hot spot included. Not sure that this will work for us as that we cannot get access to an ether net cable by where we need the signage. Cons Where do I start?!? I mean, the ethernet cable to get the "hotspot" working. The app that does not seem to have the management software attached it....on and on and on.... April 5, 2019 5.0 Really pretty easy set up. Everything I needed to get it up an running already in the box. Love the fact that it is small and can easily be hidden behind our monitor. Really important to me that it could be used via WiFi from our main computer, in the office, to the monitor mounted at our front counter. Really impressed with all the communication, once we bought the unit, in the form of emails to help the set up process. Pros Easy to navigate through. Really pretty simple to get through and have a successful display on our monitors. Cons Would be nice to be able to change orientation from portrait to landscape when we have an item added to the library. We use a vertically mounted monitor, so we had to rotate all our artwork save them and then load to the library. I would suggest maybe a little longer play time for videos on the free service. Adding images and creating and enabling them for display works well, although I'd like to be able to upload multiple images at once.
