But I quickly warmed to the software and thoroughly appreciated the change. This was a huge improvement for storing our 10,000,000 documents. Pros After a small learning curve, the software is really great to use. It has multiple avenues for completing complex and simple document searches. The web based interface is great and the office plugins work as hoped. The versioning is excellent and saved me a number of times. Great for auditabilty. Cons Some of the useful functions are only available by custom development. The initial learning curve can be challenging. Pros This program allows easy and succinct file management. It is functional and allows drag and drop between desktop and filing systems. The software is adaptable and usable for all areas of local government, and can show the requisite information and manage it in a fast efficient way.
