Pros

What I like most about winmo is ease of use, high quality contact info where it is easy to find the decision makers in each organization, and up to date data. WinmoEdge is great for articles and up to date information as well!

Decent for prospecting. Not good at all for figuring out who to reach out to

I like the Kantar spending data being available by type of medium

Cons

I wish the spending data was updated sooner. I am not impressed with the contact information. Pretty decent on the client side, though very outdated. Terrible for agency contacts and agency affiliations. Should have more in-depth info. as to what the agency handles for the account, what the media people handle for an account - especially with big conglomerate accounts with many brands

This product was explored as an option but ultimately our company went to Salesforce instead. It was considered downstream to use at a later date

Pros

Large amount of contacts in their database so that you can get in contact with the correct person. The information is not outdated and typically up to date. Really liked the list building feature

Cons

there are some occasions where the information is not correct but that is to be expected. I'd like to see more integrations with other sales software tools

Pros

This software is easy to use even without any training. There are extensive fields that help you target the exact geographic area you're looking for as well as what disciplines.

Cons

The only real complaint I have is that when you filter by number of employees for example, it won't include all agencies/brands. This is because not every company in Winmo has an associated number of employees which makes sense but that can skew date when outlining your TAM.

For some clients there is fantastic information and links about the client and their spend.

Cons

The lack of information for some major clients. There should be as much basic info as possible for all clients in system. A lot of clients needs to be updated

I can find the people I need to reach at the client and the industry news that serves as a great conversation starter.

Pros

They publish articles that drive real business. I use Winmo for all my new business prospect reports and finding relevant contacts. It rarely lets me down.

Cons

Occasionally, the information is out of date or incomplete. But, it can be difficult to always have current, accurate, and streamlined agency relationship information.

Winmo provides a tremendous amount of data and information right at the fingertips. I love that I can download a full lists of contacts in a simple CSV.

Cons

Not every contact has all of the contact fields, such as LinkedIn profiles.

I can't fathom doing what I do without Winmo. I could do it, but it would be a lot harder.

Pros

Winmo has clean and neat aggregation of more information than I have seen anywhere else. Finding some of the most obscure information is super easy to find in fewer clicks than anything else.

Cons

Sometimes the contact information has major flaws that make it useless to connect to various companies without going outside the tool, but I can't tell if it's a Winmo problem or not, and also, I can't tell why some companies made it into Winmo and others didn't.

Great interface, easy to find key pieces of critical information. Winmo Edge is a great service in and of itself as well - interesting insights to high-growth spaces or areas of my agency's particular interest.

Cons

I have found certain pieces of information to be out of date - i.e. spend, agency roster, etc. Tough to get a list of prospects based on industry.

Doing a deep dive on an organization chart, and knowing which people to contact in which roles, was very beneficial.

Pros

How easy it was to find the contact info, including email addresses, of multiple people within an organization.

Cons

Very often they did not have any info on newer companies and start-ups. They seem to focus on more established, old-school organizations.
