Pros

It really covers all my needs! From finding new business to learning everything there is to know about them before pitching.

Cons

Of course, for quality, the price is high too. But we feel that it's worth it for what we get. I love it.

I loved it initially but it soon made a dent in our budget in terms of ROI if you are not using it much. Mainly because they require an annual commitment.

Pros

They have a good database and search functionality overall. It's a good tool to have in your marketing arsenal for prospecting. Especially for marketing agencies.

Cons

The contract runs annually so can become costly. It's a bit more expensive than some of the tools out there.

Really enjoyed it. It was a little more powerful than I'm used to, but I can see the benefit from that.

Pros

Helped a couple of clients with this software, and man, is it great! As a marketing nerd, I loved being able to explore the software and utilize it for my clients' benefit.

Cons

It's pricey! Personally, as a sole proprietor, I wouldn't use it for my own business. But for larger-scale enterprises, it's a different story. It's an investment, but with big investments come big returns.

Cons

Sometimes, the contact info in Winmo is incorrect, or people have left the company. However, Winmo is great about quickly updating those changes once reported.

We have made leaps forward in our outbound activity and prospecting thanks to Winmo.

Pros

The daily emails of opportunities alone make this a valuable tool. The ability to then search at a brand level, find the background information and contacts that you need, make it also a simple tool. I also love the ease of Salesforce integration.

Cons

It does take a little getting used to the difference between and opportunity and an update on a new campaign.

My favorite aspect about Winmo is the fact that all of the information is in one place. I mainly use it to get contacts from companies that I am reaching out to and having all of the information like phone number, email, etc., is super convenient.

Cons

I think sometimes it can be a little bit difficult to navigate through customizing lists.

Not all data about prospects is captured, and a lot of companies are not in the Winmo data set.

The ease of use is the best and I really like to depth of information that if gives on each company.

Cons

Contact information can be missing. The contact information is key to prospecting and starting the sales process. Also, there is a lack of companies that can keep me from using the product all of the time.

It's the best tool I've used of many within the marketplace. The customer support is exceptional and so far it has produced excellent results. It's absolutely an edge when it comes to lead generation.

Pros

The ability to accurately find key, senior level contacts, with great supporting information on their companies.

Cons

Finding outdated titles on a fairly regular basis, and occasionally encounter companies with limited rosters.

Easy to navigate and easy to use. Good source of information.

Cons

It seems Winmo is only updated when users ping them about dead emails or phone numbers. In my experience some get updated and others just get credited to your account. Corp information such as ad spends, etc. is not consistent across brands...

Pros

This is the ultimate software when it comes to a sales hunter. To be able to search by name, company, role, etc. and find valuable contact information and data is huge.

Cons

It's not inexpensive but closing one deal with it's help more than pays for it for the year. Every company should use it.

Winmo saves me so much time when it comes to lead generation and finding key contacts. When I can't find what I'm looking for the Winmo customer service team is always there to help research. I'm very happy with the service.

Cons

Not all business segments are covered and sometimes the contact email addresses aren't valid.

Only been using for 3-4 months but we might keep this tool long-term, just takes some getting used to!

Pros

We used this as trial to help the sales team close deals for ATL and BTL marketing companies as we are always looking for new tools. WinmoEdge in particular is great and the forecasting /trends data is extremely helpful for keeping up to date with the market and making sure pitches are accurate.

Cons

I'm not sure how the system syncs but we did find a lot of emails bouncing back, with old-employee data or aliases that do not accept inbound emails. Still, a little more manual research and it's easy enough for our sales team to find the right contact.

Pros

When I am looking to reach out to a company proactively, I love being able to find the right contact on Winmo. It also keeps me up to date on the latest media happenings.

Cons

Sometimes the contacts are out-of-date and people no longer work at the companies they are listed on
