Software Consultant Information Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "One of the cost effective software solutions" September 23, 2020 5.0 Pros As a solution, centraleyezer offers you the chance to choose if you want to use a cloud or on premise version, which is a must have solution in our days. As integration, they offer you support on their new support ticket system that were missing in the past and also on call if needed, but using the cloud version none of this will be needed, just to read the knowledge base they have on their website platform. Once you access the centraleyezer cloud everything from the main menu is straight forward even if you are not so familiar with the security zone. When I've first asked for the test demo trial, I was a little bit sceptical about the strength of this software, the multiple option to integrate with many security services providers and many more options. Cons In the past the knowledge base was missing, even if they had a full tutorial book was a little bit overwhelming. Now with just a keyword search trough their platform, you can you answers to all your question or, if needed, the option to open a ticket trough their ticketing system. Very helpful to for freelancers and big companies alike, it helps to track the vulnerabilities​ and also report them easily. The support is awesome and new the software gains new features each month. It offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to APIs as well. Cons Nothing in particular.
