Perhaps more expensive than it needs to be but there is little alternatives especially tailored to this industry. Pros Exceptionally useful piece of software for maintaining and organising all aspects of the equine industry. Relatively user friendly and allows for information to all be stored in one space. Also useful for organising events, riders atendees etc. Good for both small and large groups. Recommend this platform for any venue that can afford this level of event management. Pros The calendar function is the heart of any venue or event management. There is a complete array of promoter essentials. There is ease of attaching promoter information such as ticket splits, technical riders, stage plots, hospitality riders, travel notes, and press kit info. The booking process with offer tracking and automated revenue reports are amazing. Cons There is a high cost barrier to entry. However being venue/promoter specific, there are very few competitors out there. An open API for integrations to other platforms would be helpful. Integrations such as Eventbrite for ticketing and Quickbooks for accounting are essential business functions for small venues. There is a need for integrations to more project management tools like Asana or collaboration tools like Slack.
