I have seen how the industry has evolved along with new technology. I have seen what works and what doesn't work. And, KVCore is a platform that combines all the latest technology into one platform to assist agents. It's the first thing I log into each day. Cons Sometimes I would prefer to be able to call in for help versus waiting for a response. On Boom Town I was able to use color and view how many times a customer opens the flyer to determine interest. Now the new system only shows opened and a click on the link. Pros I like that you can move your customer notes to the top of the contact listing. I like that you can control whether a customer receives texts or calls in profile. Cons The number of texts and emails sent to a new lead is much too much! The first thing I do when I receive a lead is to stop texts sent to their phone. May 25, 2024 1.0 Simply the worst CRM CMS combo I have used and I have been using these kinds of tools for over 25 years. Pros They have good marketing - if it only functioned as advertised. Cons The CMS is terrible and buggy. The "training" materials are dated, with many of the videos not even matching the current layout (their FB site has one from 2019 pinned as the "101 Video). Reason for choosing BoldTrail it was included as part of becoming an eXp agent Switched from [FollowUp CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/137381/FollowUp-Power/) This is incorrect - the other CRM was Follow Up Boss. This form forces a choice but Follow Up Boss is not on it. eXp provides this CRM / CMS to all agents --- I now understand why a large number of them do not use it. It is bad even for free!!!! We entered the contract based on promises of automation, integration, and marketing tools, but the system has been unstable, glitchy, and poorly supported from the start. Communication with the support team has been minimal, and problems that directly affect day-to-day business remain unresolved. For a product marketed as a professional-grade real estate solution, it has failed to deliver even the basics reliably. Pros The concept and interface look modern and promising. On paper, it’s an all-in-one platform for agents and brokerages with potential to streamline operations. In reality, it's been a nightmare. Cons xecution and reliability are major issues. Many key features don’t work as advertised, including basic site functionality and lead tools. Support is extremely slow, often unresponsive, and tickets can remain open for months without resolution. We even experienced a major security failure where authentication codes were sent to the wrong users, preventing agents from accessing their own accounts. Pros Only how they treated you at the beginning. However, thereafter, they are unconscious and indifferent when I asked for cancelation due to their service that did not go anywhere. Their leads sucks and you cannot even one client. Cons I was initially told that if the system didn’t work for me or meet my needs, the company would be flexible and allow me to cancel. However, when I tried to do so, I was left in limbo and my cancellation request was denied. I am currently not working and unable to continue payments due to my financial situation. I feel the company did not honor its original commitment or act transparently in this matter. Being able to send a lead several listing in one "click" is great. Pros The way it enables you to see an overview of your business, your leads and their activity is excellent. Easy to filter and contact the leads through the platform. The chat support is excellent and timely, and always ready for any questions and requests...no matter how silly! Cons Some features are not so easily visible and one needs to know where to look which can be frustrating. When sending emails with attachments you need to remember to go into advanced editing mode and "know" that the attachment needs to be placed in a "button"....which complicates the process. Please make this more user friendly! I frustrate easily when it comes to tech and aside from the occasional glitch or hiccup in the software or app, I have no complaints. Pros Love that this auto generates calls to do each day- not all of them are ones that actually need to be called but it is useful for me to see names pop that I wouldn't think to "look" for- it's great that I can be directed towards some work without trying to drum it up out of thin air. Cons The app can be wonky at times- I will make calls using the app and it will just be loading and not let me update my list or enter the notes about how the call went. That then leads me to have to close out the app and then re-open and usually my note will not have saved so then I have to get on the computer and enter it from there. It is so simple to use. Pros I like how the system is so integrated and holistic. I like how updates and improvements and happening all the time. Our system has the SocialCore and DesignCore integrated which is amazing. Cons The app associated with kvCORE can be a little laggy. Cons This is the most underlying platform as of yet that I have used. I heard good things and was ready to give this a shot. I was promised 25 leads a month, that did NOT happen. This program seems to entice more spam calls and then those calls are what filters into this system. I have tried to get out of my contract and there is no getting out of it. I am stuck paying for something I don't use, don't like, and most importantly, DOES NOT WORK. When I have tried to talk to someone about this, they make you schedule on their calendar and it takes 2-3 weeks to get on the calendar. This is not lead generation (As I was promised) and the customer service is beyond atrocious. " March 12, 2020 4.0 Overall, I am extremely happy with KVC and know that I will be able to leverage it even more than before in my client campaigns. Over the 1.5 years I have used it they have made tremendous strides in reliability with a minimal amount of backslide as they grow because the large adoption of it brings forth those growing pains. I definitely recommend it as a product and very glad my broker makes it available to its agents. My initial apprehension and frustrations stemmed from it not doing everything how my previous CRM did and did require me to make some slight adjustments to my campaign, but once I got that figured out things got even smoother. Pros Easy to setup and implement as long as you spend the time to do it. It does not take a lot to learn to get started and you can increase your efficiency if you take the time to learn the nuances, even if it is on the go. KVC is full featured and as they have added some terrific features over time I find the ones that apply to my business are easy to implement. Between the community, Facebook group, and helpful videos all have been beneficial whether it is trying to figure out how to do something or to get ideas on how to implement features into my business. Cons Like any software there are bugs and features that I wish it had to make life easier, but realistically there is nothing that will be 100%. The lack of extended support hours can be frustrating when these issues are encountered since I'm in an industry that involves long nights, weekends, and working holidays.
