I have used many others but kvCORE is by far the easiest. It is fast doing the job, great interface, very friendly helps you keep track of what you are doing. Pros I like how easy it is to organize and see what activity each contact is doing. I also love how easy it is to hold an open house, collect lead information, and automatically set them up on a campaign. I can use it as an Excel sheet to keep record of clients. None of the companies would work for me. Also when someone visits my website they find it totally residental, not very professional Pros It is all a good CRM if I’m working with Residential Real Estate only. March 11, 2020 5.0 I have had little to no problems with learning how to use this program and they make learning the program real easy with inside real estate. Its easy to keep in contact with clients with the auto email and has been a great way for me to save time meeting new clients. Pros You can manage your client data base, while developing pages to build your data base via a website and many other tools! This is a money pit. Pros Absolutely Nothing. There is zero value here. Cons The fact they will charge you thousands and thousands of dollars for no results. Pros It will do EVERYTHING, and it's a LOT easier to use than the Big Dog. I also like the text help, although some of them could use a little more education! Cons Set up is tedious, and really needs a pro to assist, which is what I did. Some features are Team or Company oriented, and should be at the Agent level, like adding your own lenders and not have a giant list of others! Pros Paying for leads was a nerve racking thought after paying to go through real estate classes, license, and other costs. Was very thankful for kvCore which came with the company I joined. It has been a great lead generator. If you put the time in you will get responses. Cons A simplified dashboard is the only suggestion I have. Love the ability to send mass Text messages to clients. Cons The backend is a little confusing, not everything easy to find and upsell tools/features are displayed in with the basic kvCORE tools. Confusing for our agents. Also, text messaged say kvCORE - no mention of the agent sending the text message. Agents complain they receive a lot of OPT OUTS after a text goes out. Pros I’m unhappy. I was made promises and I don’t see a difference in this product. Cons My website is not anywhere close to the look we had using Brivity. I was offered little assistance and we felt we were promised a similar if not better look. I have it synced to all me lead sources and have smart campaigns set up automatically. It is a great tool and if you take the training, you see how many great tools it offers. While I'm out in the field, it does initial prospect contact instantly in the most critical time. It also does automatic electronic follow ups and keeps me on a schedule with phone follow ups. After many years of spending money on FB or Google ads with hardly any leads...kvCORE resulted in 13 each time I did it and for less than $90 each attempt Cons Lack of interaction between my 3 boards as I do not have the ability to use my multiple licenses...which may be a brokerage issue rather than kvCORE. I like that it sends out an automatic email or text message when a new lead comeds in, and gives me time to get back to them within an hour or so. Pros I like the automatic campaigns that it sets up for new leads as soon as they come in. The web application is very easy to work with. Cons The iPhone, iPad and Android apps don't seem quite as intuitive. There are not the same options to contact new leads or to set them up on specific searches. Review Source KD Karen D. I have worked with numerous CRM platforms over the years in the corporate world and this by far is the best one I have come across. Pros The platform is very intuitive and has so many bells and whistles to not only keep in touch with your clients, prospects, leads but to capture information from individuals that then will import in to the database. I am learning more and more each day on what this platform has to offer. Our team absolutely loves it! Cons Setting up recurring reminders would be nice vs. having to snooze to move to another day. As a real estate agent, it's important for me to time block in order to make every minute of the day count. This system makes that easy by allowing me to complete several tasks directly inside the platform. A typical day for me includes dialing clients, managing Facebook ads, sending out newsletters, and sending out mass text campaigns. Also, the systems artificial intelligence tool engages with the clients on the backend, then updates me when the client wants to speak with a live person. Cons While there is no perfect system, kvCore has not disappointed me thus far. Whenever I've had questions, the support team has always been resourceful.
