November 12, 2018 5.0 KvCORE is the only CRM that I have used so I can not compare it to any other, but it has already gained myself value in the eyes of prospective clients! It just takes me minutes to change my search parameters to better suit their needs and while I'm out showing homes or prospecting business KvCORE is working for me! Pros Really like the automation that it provides. It sends my prospective clients properties and emails which keeps me in the fore front of their minds. It adds to my value and makes me feel like i've started my new career on the right track! Cons I unfortunately am not the most tech savvy person, I feel I needed to watch the training video's to navigate my way through. I wish I could tap on the different icons for information, but the videos are helpful! I'm just utilizing 1/4 of what is offered though. Still learning! Review Source Jeff B. This is more friendly out of the box. so far so good. But I am just getting started. Pros wow, it looks like there is a ton of stuff offered on this platform. I am just getting started with it. downloading my data base. getting listing set up for marketing. Cons There is a lot to learn with a new system. But is seems this is set up so you can begin to take baby steps and still get results. Can't wait to roll out more features. Pros The CRM is amazing! I like how it captures all of my customer's activity and records everything in the timeline. Data verification feature is so useful. Love how it integrates with mobile dialer and open house app. Cons Integration with my MLS. I'm still learning this functionality but I wish the fields were mapped directly with my MLS. It allows me to employ the digital marketing tactics that are vital to success in today's market. Cons I would like clearer instructions in the training modules. Sometimes, it's hard to tell what I need to do before something else and if it were reiterated a different way or written out so I could see it on the slide, it might help me keep it in my brain. I have to relisten to that segment over and over so I don't mess it up. " March 20, 2020 5.0 I've been using KvCore for only a few months now and I'm probably going to almost double my income from last year. Much of that is due to the streamline processes of the software. Basically it makes me feel like I have an assistant working for me full time. Pros KvCore helps to streamline so much of my business. I used to spend hours organizing and emailing and setting reminders to do all the things that this software does. I love that it helps track my clients through the whole process from "new lead" to "ready to buy." Cons I've only found one thing I don't like so far. I had a client that wanted to add his wife's email to his portal/profile so that she could receive the email alerts and see the houses that were coming on market. This took care of 3 extras that I was paying for with a past brokerage (web, lead capture, crm) Pros The back end system is great to set up alerts for searches and see when clients are viewing properties Cons Mobile app is a bit buggy. And to add a little cherry on top of the ice cream, there is so much training, information , video, support, support groups , mastermind groups etc... that i feel confident that i am supported and positioned to be successful. Pros Kvcore has been very easy to use and is very well supported with training and instruction. I particularly like the mobile app and its switch to web version option. Cons I havent been using KvCore long enough to have complaints about it. Our company gave us pre-set Campaigns which allowed us to ease into the program and not feel so overwhelmed. The training they provided was top notch. Cons The built-in campaigns need a ton of work. Wish there was an option to send every 30 days rather than having to tell it 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and so on. Having an option to say monthly would be greatly helpful.
