Once you set it up the system does much of the work for you. There was a bit of a learning curve but the training and customer support is easy and helpful. System is very intuitive. Pros I love the ability to connect all my lead generation sources into the kvCORE CRM and with the use of an imported hashtag I can kick off a campaign automatically. I input leads from 6 months ago and started getting action when I was unable to sending multiple messages on my own. Not sure how it does it, but it just does. I just started using the lead and squeeze page setup. I am excited to learn and continue using! Pros Just add contact info and set on a campaign and off you go! It does the job of staying in touch and auto responding when I am not able to. I can easily access the backend of my website to update and tailor to my needs. Lead generation is available and implemented with ease. Overall this CRM is a game changer for my business. Cons The software tends to by laggy switching back and forth between pages. I really enjoy using the software daily. The platform is easy to navigate and there is plenty of support to help me learn as I grow my business. Pros kvCore has everything I need to run my business easily and successfully. From lead capture to close of sale and beyond in an easy to navigate, user friendly platform. I love the lead engine and marketing options. Training is also great! Cons The campaign capabilities are great, but I have had issues with my campaigns going to spam. April 30, 2020 5.0 I realized how easy it is to get and convert leads instead of cold calls and door knocking or trying to do it myself. this system makes it so easy and saves me so much time. Pros I love KvCORE and wonder how I would have made it without. It is so easy to do facebook ads, keep up with leads, feature properties and manage my website. It has the capability to communicate with your clients, send properties, track clients viewings, and so much more all in one platform. It brings everything you need to one site. Cons The one thing that I have found that is not the greatest is that if I have a husband and wife that both want to be communicated with I can not send information to both of them at the same time. I have to make a profile for both and do a mass email/text. It would be great if you could select multiple people in a profile. This is worlds better than the last system I used. Cons The only downside is that it takes a long time to get through to support. They are always very helpful, but often take a long time to respond.
