When I get a new lead, I enter Turk into KVCore and label them. I’m able to find them easily. It’s a great CRM.

Pros

It’s easy to organize my contacts and stay in touch with them.

Cons

When I send an email, I can only select a few contacts at a time. It would be nice to click on the group and send the info one time.

### "We Love kvCORE!"

Overall we love kvCORE. It's everything we'd hoped for in a CRM and our agents love it!

Pros

kvCORE is user friendly and they offer SO much within the software.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel overwhelming since there is so much. The other con is that mobile log-ins on the app don't count towards the agents logging in so that they don't get kicked out of lead rotation.

Pros

The lead s coming from property boost on listings are awesome. I love the breakdown report you get so you can track all activity on a certain property and the cost per lead is helpful

Cons

I wish we had dedicated individuals to help us set up our system from the beginning. Videos are helpful however, I still wonder if I've missed something

My overall experience as a new agent in Georgia working with a CRM for the 1st time has been a task, fun learning and so helpful, as of matter of fact my past client just messaged me through KV Core saying they want to purchase a 2nd property because they received an email from a drip campaign through KV Core. It follows up with the follow up! Love that.

Pros

KV Core helps me stay in contact and send the correct properties out to my clients, even while I'm sleeping, on vacation, or working with other clients.

Cons

It can be overwhelming at times with all the information and things KV Core can do, but we have to take time and learn each value.

It's ok. If I had to pay for it myself, I probably wouldn't use. It is a set it and forget it mentality. There is lots of functionality, but everything is an up-sell, which is a turn off. Are any leads better than those I generate myself? No, most that the website generates are just tire kickers. The best feature I have found is that the website tracks clients that search through it, so I can see what they are looking at on the backside.

Pros

That website captures the activity of contacts.

Cons

I've tweaked the website presentation pretty hard. I know my brokerage has locked it down quite a bit, but the grey font is really hard to read with older eyes.

I love it. Best CRM I have used and they continue to add more features. Customer support is very responsive as well.

Pros

I like the homepage where I can see all of my customers viewing properties. It is very easy to see which ones they are interested in and go directly to that listing info.

Cons

I wish I could select 2 Bedrooms instead of 2+. I recently had a buyer who only wanted to see 2 Bedrooms and was not interested in the 3 and 4 that kept popping up because I was only able to select 2+.

I am able to not let clients / sales fall between the cracks with KVCore. It as assisted me also in creating much more better communication habits with my clients, coworkers co agents.

Pros

I love the complexities of all things realestate. Love how as soon as I add a contact weather it be client or sphere the behavioral actions from KVCore are just absolutely awesome and keep me on top of all things CRM!

Cons

Nothing to complain about! Everything KVCore does from IDX LANDING PAGES and the easy to integrate software with my social media platform on Facebook. That alone gets my vote for best RE CRM out there!

A good system for keeping your contacts trickle fed. I just wish I knew how to use it better.

Pros

Staying connected to my clients is so vital when I don’t have the time to be on top of the them all. The education is very informative also.

Cons

Leads could be vetted for relevance, my one lead was for a trailer park over 55 age restriction and the client was 40

It is a very versatile tool to help expand your business and allow you to manage your leads, SOI, and customers to stay in touch and handle their needs more easily.

Pros

It has all the tools you will need for Real Estate, marketing, lead generation, keeping in touch with your SOI, and much more. Have tutorials for basically all the services offered, and there is always support available thru the chat to help navigate thru it.

Cons

Because a lot is offered, it sometimes becomes overwhelming to learn new tools.

Cons

Support is not great... the chat feature takes a while to obtain a response and usually they don't understand what you are asking and you have to explain like you are talking to 2 year old. It's easier to use the help feature and online information and figure it out yourself.

I was able to integrate all my leads in one place. I can do mass emails and text to my clients. I am able to categorize clients for ease of communicating on specific properties or area. I can set up social media marketing campaigns within the system and capture all leads generated

Seeing more BOT responses to inquires - helpful to a beginning but not specific enough for a longer user

I am still on the fence about allowing it to automatically send my clients emails, so I have not yet integrated that into my strategies.

Pros

I love the ability to launch campaigns and the leads drop into my crm system and are started on a campaign and added to my database immediately. I also love that when a potential client interacts with my website and it will automatically respond on my behalf. It is a great feature.

Cons

I have set up the feature to auto-set up campaigns if someone looks at a property listing. Sometimes this works and sometimes this doesn't. It's not a big deal because I verify that they do get set up, but it would be nice to know that they work every time.

It's a great tool for my job. It's really a push toward a much better flow of client-agent communications

Pros

\- Provides various forms of help and training with an in dept training library, videos, customer service chat, and direct help clicks for the user. - kvCore provides access to a collection of ideas for improvement submitted and voted on by users. - kvCore shows and picks from that pool for their next releases. - KvCore shows a strong commitment to improve the product steadily. - KvCore integrated my flow of business into their solution. My client is basically as close as a click to call, text, or email.

Cons

\- Limit of max 100 clients at a time to be selected for mass emailing/texting. Should be able to mass email/text by selecting a hashtag. - Cannot combine a squeeze page (for showing the results) together with my own content (text+images) - Don't like the displayed space reduced HTML code. It's great that kvCore suggests (in the help library) to use Note++ and Code Beautifier! This could be integrated into the web editor to internally beautify the code but showing the user the (beautified code) what web inspect tools provide as HTML. - Hashtags in searches should be able to combine them to perform (regex) like OR, AND, NOR, NAND. - The private Smart Number should have user seleceted Name/Team/Company associated

Pros

I really like the ability to follow up, market, generate, convert, and stay connected with SOI and new opportunities. This is a one stop business portal that is very intuitive and powerful.

Cons

Load time is slow and some features are not currently working as designed - hopefully those issues will be resolved timely.

POOR SUPPORT! - No way to call for support ... Go online and submit a ticket that gets answered in a day or so.

Pros

Functionality is great when it works, but if it goes down - the support is worse that xfinity that is outsourced to aomeone that don't speak your language

Cons

The support team - it takes for ever to respond to you, there is no phone number. I have lost clients due to this system.

This has created a huge problem for me as I really still need a CRM but the realtor.com professional dashboard really has a lot to offer now and has expanded so I just use that and the Compass CRM.

Pros

It is so difficult to use, many of the gurus recommend it. Do not listen to them -- it is not easy to maneuver. It takes so much time to work through it. Absolutely you need to have some sort of degree in IT to figure it out.

Cons

I do not like anything about this software and you will not either. They also will not let you out of the contract you have to sign to get started.
