Cons After using Top Producer for 20 years, I find kvcore does not have the same abilities to manage the lead data. Cannot find a contact by street name. Pros It's probably the best software out there for real estate. They could use a Realtor panel to guide them on what works and what doesn't. Additionally, they could use a faster support response and a team that jumps on problems rather than just bringing it to the person above them. Cons Need better customer service, not more Artificial responses, actual people who provide solutions. I use it daily for our business and find that share contacts and contact information with other agents in our office is a breeze and very nice to be able to do. Pros This product is easy to use and maneuver for most people with the knowledge of CRM's. The onboarding and setting up process was an ease. Updating data and interfacing with it on a daily basis is very manageable. Cons The integration of this product for us was very easy. I do not like this company and they don't even let me cancel a product they sold me based on lies and now threatening to ruin my credit and I can't even cancel Cons They signed me up based on a scam sales practice. Promised to cancel, 6 months after every day I received collection threats, they forced me finally to use the product. Didn't take any accountability of the lies of the sales person signing me up. Been wasting my hours every day full time trying to make this system work, every day there's a new BUG, nothing works in this platform. All functionalities constantly stops working. CRM doesn't load, texts sent with false information about who I am or what company I'm from, emails all sent to spam, I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! $600 a month for a piece of JUNK that you can't even cancel. Having to use the mouse to click save is annoying. Type in the street address. SAVE. Type in city. SAVE. Type in State. SAVE, etc... please fix this!!!! I'm truly happy I'm not looking for another solution. Pros I love how easy it is to use this CRM compared to others. Ease of navigation, it doesn't take much to start using it and help is available anytime you need it. The interaction between the search function and the consumer is laid out beautifully with great pixel/photo quality. It literally is the first CRM with built in lead-generation that has actually generated leads. I also love that you can track your referrals. Cons Some of the campaigns are hard to edit and implement. I might just need to learn a little more of the functionality here. Also, the website is hard to customize. Review Source IH Irene H.
