Clients are able to communicate with me easily with the text message availability and connecting my email to the kvCore system. I can see who is looking at what property, keep conversations going and keep a record of what I have done with each client. Cons I would like to see an app for the client so they can download to their phone and do a search, which will then alert me to what they just looked at. I can catch it at that moment. Has really helped gauge client interests. Pros Decent lead gen options in all price points. Ability to see what properties clients are clicking on and what emails they are reading vs. not. Easy to organize with hashtags. Cons Kind of clunky exporting listings to social media. They have a lot of videos to make things easy for you to be able to follow through if it takes you a little longer to learn. Pros The automatic behavioral follow-up. When any prospects or clients login to any system associated with this CRM, according to their actions this is why I automatically put them into a automatic drip campaign that will help them to move to the next step quickly. Is hands off you have to do nothing but set it up correctly. Cons The app for CRM, does not allow you to do the same options that are given to you from your computer. I love the intuitive system that texts my clients or emails them on my behalf when their preferences change. I appreciate that I can personalize my choices to suit my relationship with the client or customer. Good job kvcore - you help my job become easier. Pros I love my kvCore software. Before becoming a full time agent at Exp Realty, I worked as a marketing assistant for many different agents. through many different organizations for 6 years. I have not been able to find a CRM and marketing service that is so easy to use or as intuitive as this kvCore is. I enjoy the fact that if I need help, there is a button on my page and I can get help straight away. I can see my active clients and can text or email them directly from the page. It's an awesome system and I am comfortable knowing that my work is being leveraged by great software. Cons There is one improvement I would consider. I would appreciate being able to bulk email my whole database at one time. I do understand the risk of my email could be blocked by Spam bots for doing too many emails at once. It's made my life easier by taking care of the day to day stuff that would normally bog me down or not get taken care of at all. I know i've only scratched the surface of its potential and can't wait to dive in deeper with this product! Pros Ease of use and depth of abilities. Pros The features and benefits of this software are unending it just goes on and on and on you can do so much with it it becomes your right hand person e person that is. It can take a repetitious event like having someone respond to a listing and carry them forth and integrate your text your emails your calls from beginning to end and there after. Cons The learning curve Required because it does so much for you. As with anything that’s very useful there is a long learning curve but there is help available almost always by Phone.
