I just need to fine-tune my approach Pros There are tons of things this software does it's about putting them into action to pull in leads. It also manages your leads, does the follow up text, emails... Cons Overwhelming ... it can seem that way, but it's easier to use than one may think. Make a cheatsheet.... I don't know how I possibly controlled my business and leads before using the service. It is now an integral part of my work week from the first thing I do in the morning to the last at the end of the day. It keeps me in continued contact with everyone in my sales funnel. For the most part, it's on autopilot and allows me to focus my attention on where my clients' needs are without dropping potential clients. Pros The best features are its functionality and intuitiveness. The system helps me maintain control over my current and future business. Without it, I would have much less control over my schedule. Cons There are a few bugs being worked out with the merge tags in emails. The IT team is currently working on a fix and maintains communication during the process. Review Source CB Christine B. I am taking classes, watching videos, and webinars for the different features. Pros I like the platform and multiple tools all in one place. Also and this is very important...their lag time is very very slow. I have had clients who tell me that it takes forever for a search or page to download and the same is on the backend when you the agent are trying to do any work. It's a very slow system. I went with another company and the speed difference is like night and day and my clients love it. So before you get locked into a contract with them talk to other agents. You can't see the effects on a trial version but once you dive in you will see. Pros it did a good job with my leads when they came in and the automation was good Cons Poor customer service, most if not all of the items needed to run your system on autopilot is extra costs so be prepared to spend 100-300 more above the base price. The software itself is intuitive and the help desk is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Pros The multitude of features such as drip campaigns and video are integrated seamlessly. Task management is also built in. Cons A feature that would allow you to schedule and document actual face-to-face meetings would be invaluable. It's much easier to track all my contacts, clients, leads, and prospects. I can validate emails and find out who is opening the emails. That feature alone is amazing! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great CRM. Pros KVCore took care of transferring my contacts which was super helpful. In less than 24 hours I was ready to go. Setting up campaigns is a breeze. There are many, many templates to choose from which is great! Cons So far I haven't found any cons. I've been using it less than 6 months. I had been using it with my previous company and when my new company told me it was what they were using I was super excited to be able to stay with KVCore. Pros KVCore is easy to use and helps me stay on top of my databse. Cons My only dislike is when a client unsubscribes I don't always get an alert and I haven't discovered (or asked) if there is a way to find out who has unsubscribed. A lot of promises that never materialize. A sub-par system that will fail if they dont make something usable soon. Pros A lot of the ideas about how a CRM should work are there. Problem is, they take too long to implement anything. I have been working with a poorly functioning system for a year now. Cons usability. Have to be at a desktop or laptop. No working from your phone. (online use or app is useless). No mapping on your alert search. Mobile search for the general public is not very user friendly. Review Source DC Deborah C. Real Estate Agent Religious Institutions Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Weak product; refuse to fix bugs" July 10, 2020 1.0 Overall, this is an immature product (as in too new to really work the way a CRM should) that is highly constrictive, inflexible, and badly designed. I am extraordinarily unimpressed. Pros It is included under my monthly brokerage dues, so that's about it. Cons Where do I start? Limitations: the software is extremely inflexible. It is rigidly designed and not extensible. Cronological: The out-of-the-box website was hideous. I had to pay a designer $550 to reconfigure it into something acceptable. I am a former computer programmer (HTML, JS, VBA, C++) and found the configurability of the website incredibly difficult & frustrating via their interface. I was lucky to find good help with this. Nickle & Diming: Every single thing costs $$$. $29 extra for a smart number??? Ridiculous!!! I pay $30/month to CallRail for up to 10 smart numbers!!! CRM "Reminder" interface: Clunky, almost unusable. "Automatic Behavior alerts": Absolutely awful. And unconfigurable. I have lost new leads due to the ugliness of the (unconfigurable) text messages that the system sends automatically. I turned that feature off, but now I don't get behavior alerts either, which is stupid for those two things to be inseparable. Customer support? Mixed. Some guys are good. Others ask questions that are bizarrely stupid in the circumstances (i.e. "what website are you using" (after I send a SCREENSHOT) Um... Yours? Duh!) Just unbelievable. Review Source CG Ces G. It literally is one stop shopping!! Cons Steep learning curve for me! Some components came to me easily. Others took some time and effort to get fully integrated. Pros The automations are handy but one is missing that Kunversion had. Cons The learning curve. Pros I liked the campaigns set up for new leads. It helps me keep in contact and automate the new leads to convert them. Cons The Facebook boost interface. I can't see the stats for the boost.
