You just need to have time to explore and implement everything. I feel it will be valuable for growing my business. Pros The program is easy to use and change as needed. The main screen gives you a snapshot of active clients. The program easily uploads leads from my computer. It is easy to start mailing or text campaigns from the main screen. Everything runs without you having to worry about if it is working. Cons Many times, you have to repeat steps several times before they initiate. When you want to begin a campaign, you have to go back and check that the group you wish has been included in the campaign. It is difficult to alter a campaign that has already been uploaded as a template to make it unique to you. Review Source OH Octavia H. Pros I don't like anything about it--it's clunky, not user friendly and very hard to navigate. Cons It's very expensive especially considering I don't use it. After having it for a few months and trying to figure it out I realized it's just not for me so when trying to cancel you just can't. Like they can see how many times I've logged in -- almost none! Instead of just letting me out of the contract they are forcing me to pay $500/month for 13 months and they will do the same thing to you. Pros KV Core is an awesome CRM. It has so many features built in for marketing to your SOI and obtaining new leads that if you utilize all that it has to offer, you are sure to increase your business. Cons It is a bit overwhelming at first because of the capability is has to do so much. You definitely need ongoing training and need to spend a great deal of time in it to benefit from all the features. One frustration is that it does so much automation that I am unaware of. May 1, 2020 5.0 I am a newer real estate agent who HATES the spreadsheet CRM data collection process! The KVCore CRM teaches, guides, streamlines and automatically updates everything I do in lead generation. I'm LOVING lead generation again!!!!! Pros Lead generation is paramount for the real estate business, but it is also EXTREMELY time consuming no matter how experienced you may be. Couple that with just being human, and occasionally make an error or forget to make an entry in updating your progress with a client, and you can sometimes kiss that lead GOODBYE!! The KVCore CRM solves ALL of that!!!!! KVCore helps newer users know just what to do WHEN!!! The KVCore CRM is extremely user friendly and provides excellent, REVIEWABLE training that can be applied IMMEDIATELY!! Also, KVCore assists those who have TONS of experience modernize and streamline their processes!!!!! NO MORE SPREADSHEET CRM DATA COLLECTION!!!!! Realtor Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "KV Core aka King of CRM's" November 6, 2018 5.0 KV Core as said prior has been a game changer. The ability to post to social media and other third parties has been very helpful. The amount of time you spend on KV Core and adjusting it to your business will only enhance and help your business. This isn't a program where you begin using it and you feel like you're moving backwards. This truly does help an agent organize, follow up and stay ahead of everyday realty duties. Pros I compare this program 's CRM's abilities like that of Microsoft Excel. Like Excel, KV Core is limitless. It is truly up to the agent how far and imbeded they want KV Core in their daily business duties. It is a game changer, and even though I'm about 2 1/2 months into the program, I am still learning alot more about it. Which is a fantastic thing. Cons The only thing I don't like are 2 things: 1. You cannot find all the properties that all fall under a specific property management company. You must look for every property individually. Also, the status of the home cannot be seen on KV Core. If the property is pending back ups, Leased, Expired etc, you can only see that on the MLS. 2. You only have these choices on the frequency of sending alerts: Never, Instant, Daily, 2x/week or Weekly. There is no in between. What if my client wants one monthly alert at the first of the month or something? There should be a fully customizable alert system in place. Different clients, different needs. Pros Building squeeze pages and landing is easy. Cons Some of the default settings are difficult to change and hard to know if they are working. Cons It was a little tricky to learn at first, but KvCore offers training and webinars to help you be as successful as possible. Pros Very good functionality. Lots of great tools and add-ons (paid). Well thought out marketing and CRM components. Cons The support, that's really all. They take a week to answer each and every email on the same case. That's 3 emails in 3 weeks and a feature we started paying for is still not setup after an entire month. I've worked in IT support and I have used a lot of SaaS support and have never seen anything like this. The function we are asking for is a fundamental web function that works on standard protocols and systems (it is a DNS / header setup for a custom domain) and they want to take over complete control of the domain and all records and we would have no access to our own DNS... unheard of and nonsensical. I wanted to call them for support, but you have to book your support call and their next appointment is in... you guessed it... a week. How am I supposed to get my work done? Computer to phone to tablet. Pros It is an all in one that allows for ease of use under one system. Cons Lacks proper implementation and some ease of use in certain areas like mass email. The window doesn't allow to maximize when editing. Integration with other software like Canva for marketing would help. It also has too many pay to use options. I am on it several times a day on my Mobil, tablet and computer depending on access. by being able to do this allows me to complete my daily required calls and actually see what my prospective clients are looking at in real time. Pros The fact that you're prompted to do certain tasks on a daily basis. The more information you enter on the client the more valuable the program is to you therefore you're being influenced to actually build a relationship with the client which creates a lasting impression. The support team has always been there to help me, and they provide weekly training. Pros Easy to add prospects, follow up with prospects, and customize your messages. I like the reminders of the people I need to follow up because they visited my site or it's time to give them a friendly phone call. I also like how easy it's to post my listings to Craigslist and other sites. Cons Things I don't like about the software is when you create a landing page, once you create it and publish it, you can not go back and make changes. You have to start over again. I like that it has a text feature, but I don't like the limit of one text per month per prospect.
