### "The Best Realtor Platform"

Pros

Having previously been an admin in the 90's, followed by then being an assistant to various agents, and now being a licensed Realtor since 2006. I have seen how the industry has evolved along with new technology. I have seen what works and what doesn't work. And, KVCore is a platform that combines all the latest technology into one platform to assist agents. It's the first thing I log into each day.

Cons

Sometimes I would prefer to be able to call in for help versus waiting for a response.

I've never seen another product that does as much as BoldTrail does and Inside Real Estate really seems to strive to improve constantly. That will keep me as a customer....forever.

Pros

The ability to have all my leads generated automatically into my CRM, the automation of campaigns and the combination of the IDX/listing marketing - all in one platform.

Cons

It can be glitchy at times. Ex: sending 2 (duplicate) texts when doing a blast text.

9 out of 10 times it is a very poor experience. It think they hired subpar people or just trying to create a one stop shop and ended up with just a big fail.

Pros

Very little, I have been using this since 2021, because my brokerage chose to use it, back when it was called KVCore. I have been begging them to get rid of it. Nothing changed, its still very bad at most things and OK at some things.

Cons

The support is horrendous, they may up answers, a solution that should take 10 minutes is an all day event and it is very unusual for them to solve anything. The only thing support seems to do well at is to point you to explanations of things but if there is a functional issue, the blame you, pretend like its not an issue or just stall for hours. It got to the point of me stopping to ask for a solution, maybe that was the goal in the end. Simple stuff like email setups, campaigns not triggering or IDX not working appropriately.

It's a good way to keep things organized, Very user friendly. The support staff is always very quick to respond when help is needed.

Simply the worst CRM CMS combo I have used and I have been using these kinds of tools for over 25 years.

Pros

They have good marketing - if it only functioned as advertised.

Cons

The CMS is terrible and buggy. The "training" materials are dated, with many of the videos not even matching the current layout (their FB site has one from 2019 pinned as the "101 Video).

This is incorrect - the other CRM was Follow Up Boss. This form forces a choice but Follow Up Boss is not on it. eXp provides this CRM / CMS to all agents --- I now understand why a large number of them do not use it. It is bad even for free!!!!

### "Overpromised, Underdelivered, and Poorly Supported"

After six months of use, the experience has been overwhelmingly frustrating. We entered the contract based on promises of automation, integration, and marketing tools, but the system has been unstable, glitchy, and poorly supported from the start. Communication with the support team has been minimal, and problems that directly affect day-to-day business remain unresolved. For a product marketed as a professional-grade real estate solution, it has failed to deliver even the basics reliably.

Pros

The concept and interface look modern and promising. On paper, it’s an all-in-one platform for agents and brokerages with potential to streamline operations. In reality, it's been a nightmare.

Cons

xecution and reliability are major issues. Many key features don’t work as advertised, including basic site functionality and lead tools. Support is extremely slow, often unresponsive, and tickets can remain open for months without resolution. We even experienced a major security failure where authentication codes were sent to the wrong users, preventing agents from accessing their own accounts. Custom website features we paid thousands for never worked correctly despite repeated follow-up.

The ability to track and maintain all of your leads in one location! Keeping track of all your messages to your client via text and email in one program is great.

They recently have been having some issues with notifying me about messages coming from leads and clients.

Ease of use but its very IT centric. People who are not confortable with computers really struggle.

Cons

The Open House app. Poor design. Too IT centric for the average person. Interfaces are incorrect. Unable to set up a range in alerts for maintenance fee and lessehold fee.

Excellent. I can’t imagine a better CRM platform to help manage and automate my business.

Pros

The dashboard, smart CRM, automated tools such as the marker report and smart campaigns. API automation is also crucial to do it yourself connection to third party lead gen.

Cons

There isn’t anything that I don’t like about kvcore. I do wish they’d make a design on releasing the free version of Core Home to all brokerages

Overall...after the "need to get used to a new platform" phase, this is a really professional and efficient platform which I enjoy to use. Being able to send a lead several listing in one "click" is great.

Pros

The way it enables you to see an overview of your business, your leads and their activity is excellent. Easy to filter and contact the leads through the platform. The chat support is excellent and timely, and always ready for any questions and requests...no matter how silly!

Cons

Some features are not so easily visible and one needs to know where to look which can be frustrating. When sending emails with attachments you need to remember to go into advanced editing mode and "know" that the attachment needs to be placed in a "button"....which complicates the process. Please make this more user friendly!

The mobile and the desktop version doesnt function the same way.

Pretty good. There is always a rep or someone you can reach out to for assistance, lots of tutorial, (but you will definitely spend a lot of time on those tutorials) If you are not a super busy agent or if you have an assistant to learn it and use it for you, it's great. But if you are a busy agent and you don't have a transaction coordiantor, or an assistant, you will probably not have the time to learn it and end up either not using it at all, avoiding it, (like I did), or not even close to scratching the full potential.

Pros

KVCORE literally has everything. You can monitor messages that have been opened by the client. Set up property alerts right from there. Create campaigns, lead management, etc. Lots of tutorials and info available on fb and youtube. Love that I can prioritize clients on level of interest/commitment.

Cons

The nosey neighbor did not generate any viable leads and was expensive. The screen setup is a little overwhelming, and not super easy to spot everything, so I believe I am probably not utilizing most features because they're not super recognizable. I really do not like that you can't use spaces in the hashtags like you can with FUB, or delete a lead that's not going anywhere or is a telemarketer. Also, you cannot merge duplicate contacts. Or at least I couldn't, and I probably couldn't find the tutorial for it, so I have alot of duplicates. It's a LOT of info to learn and can be very overwhelming. We were using it for roughly two years and I did not have the time to sit and lean all of it. I pretty much gave up after a month or so and just used the basic funtions. Setting up the campaigns is not exactly fluid or easy as well. It's great that you can do it, but by the time you start, then do a tutorial, try to set it up, etc., you've already been interrupted by the phone or someone twenty times that by the time I have a chance to go back to it, I have to learn it all over again I spent the majority of my time on KVCORE trying to learn it, so I just stopped.

A great service if you have someone with expertise to set up it's functions, campaigns, etc.

I want to share my experience with Inside Real Estate/KvCore. When my KvCore website went live, my emails were unexpectedly forwarded to the KvCore software without prior notice. This lack of communication led to several issues, stress, chaos. I reached out to customer service for assistance in disabling the email forwarding but received a delayed response. During this time, I lost access to my domain, which had been taken over by a third-party provider, Cloudflare. This disruption affected my business operations. To compound matters, I had to rebook my travel plans at a higher cost due to these complications. Additionally, I was unable to access contracts and offers, which are crucial in my line of work. Disconnecting KvCore from GoDaddy and Cloudflare required extensive troubleshooting with GoDaddy.The overall impact was not only financial but also disruptive to my business operations. The lack of timely support and communication added to the frustration.This experience has left me disheartened about KvCore. I decided to cancel my credit card and stop using their service. However, they refuse to terminate the contract and are billing me $736, with plans to continue monthly charges of $600 due to the outstanding balance. I believe it's important for individuals facing similar issues to consider their legal options. I've created a FB group called 'kvCore | Inside Real Estate: Pissed Consumer & Reviews' to provide a platform for those who believe they deserve a remedy.

The interface isn't intuitive to me (I'm pretty technically inclined). It has a relatively short learning curve but bad workflow. Some very basic features seem to be missing.

Pros

Smart campaigns are executed well and I can rely on KvCore to help me stay top of mind with my leads.

Cons

Smart campaigns are executed well but confusing to implement as an agent. If I want to create a custom new drip campaign, the interface interferes with my ability to do so. Determining which campaigns a lead is subscribed to is unexpectedly difficult–one needs to navigate through several profile sections to find that type of information.

Pros

I like how the system is so integrated and holistic. I like how updates and improvements and happening all the time. Our system has the SocialCore and DesignCore integrated which is amazing.

Cons

The app associated with kvCORE can be a little laggy. I synced my Google contacts and ended up sending out a mass email to my competitors.

I do not like anything about this program.

Cons

This is the most underlying platform as of yet that I have used. I heard good things and was ready to give this a shot. I was promised 25 leads a month, that did NOT happen. This program seems to entice more spam calls and then those calls are what filters into this system. I have tried to get out of my contract and there is no getting out of it. I am stuck paying for something I don't use, don't like, and most importantly, DOES NOT WORK. When I have tried to talk to someone about this, they make you schedule on their calendar and it takes 2-3 weeks to get on the calendar. This is not lead generation (As I was promised) and the customer service is beyond atrocious. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company as they do not deliver nor will they work with you when you are unhappy about the product.

Agent adoption has been slower than I would like. In hindsight I would have structured their onboarding to focus only on the basics of their CRM. Once they are each established then I would have started turning on the next priority item for them on their dashboards. Baby steps so to speak...there is so much that they almost instantly are overwhelmed and frustrated.

Pros

Main reason was the powerful and easy to use CRM that my agents will actually use and grow their business with.

Cons

The only issue I have had is keeping my agents focused on the basics in implementing KvCore into their business before they get too distracted by the other bright shiny things that KvCore offers.

Reason for choosing BoldTrail

kvCore stood out as the platform we needed that will help us grow and compete both now and on into the future. I won't need to change platforms several years down the road.
