Pros

Genesys stands out for its ease of use and user-friendly interface. I am a Contact Center Supervisor and Genesys allows me to obtain reports and access advanced data analysis in real time, which allows me to make decisions that improve the productivity of my work team.

Cons

The initial cost and maintenance cost is a factor to consider, additional for administrative users who need to use reports and data analysis requires a learning curve.

Overall it is okay product with many features but all are not effective and easy to use.

Pros

We use genesys as an interface for calls. It can be used to keep track of incoming calls, check who is available on queue and also to transfer calls. It have options for on hold, mute which are good to have.

Cons

The cons is it is very buggy. Sometimes I am already on a call and other calls keep on coming which is very irritatating. Many features are not very self explanatory on how to use them.
