I’m very dissatisfied with my experience using TransferNow. I thought I had cancelled my account, but I was charged incorrectly afterward. When I tried to resolve the issue, I ran into several problems: - The support chat only redirected me to bots and FAQs, without giving me the option to talk to a real person. - I couldn’t access my account because I forgot my password, and despite trying multiple times, I never received any reset emails. - After countless attempts, I still had no way to log in. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Clearer cancellation processes, reliable password reset functionality, and access to real customer support would make a big difference.

Pros

TransferNow is useful because it allows you to send and share large files quickly and securely without needing a paid account

Cons

Once you have a paid account, the cancellation process, especially if you forget your password, is confusing and not helpful.

Mi capita di dover trasferire dei video della durata media di 1 ora e mezza. Bene, il servizio TransferNow è estremamente affidabile. E gratuito!

Pros

La semplicità d'uso e la velocità di trasferimento, l'affidabilità e la gratuità del servizio, che non è cosa da poco.

Cons

Al momento nulla, non ho osservazioni negative. In passato avevo utilizzato talvolta WeTransfer, di cui penso che TransferNow sia l'evoluzione migliorativa.

Terrible experience. Would not recommend this service to anyone. I wish I had used Wetransfer in the first place. Their premium service lets you recover files past the 7 day expiry.

Pros

Nothing. There are so many services out there that are better than TransferNow. There is nothing special this one offers that others don't.

Cons

In soite of buying their premium package, i was still unable to recover deleted files from TN. This is very disappointing. WETransfer is much better.

Pros

TransferNow, c'est l'outil parfait pour les entreprises et les travailleurs indépendants qui ne veulent pas dépenser trop d'argent dans les services en ligne. En plus d'un transfert sécurisé (chiffrement des fichiers), il est possible de suivre l'avancement du fichier.

Cons

La capacité maximum de transfert gratuit (3 Go) ne suffit pas toujours.

Grâce à TransferNow, je gagne du temps donc de l'argent !

Pros

\- Produit très facile d'utilisation voire ludique, peu onéreux et qui offre la possibilité de personnaliser l'interface mais aussi les emails, l'adresse de son sous domaine et les pages de transferts à l'effigie de sa structure.- Conservation des transferts pendant 1 an d'une manière sécurisée avec la possibilité de sélectionner une région de stockage spécifique parmi 3 lieux mondiaux à défaut d'une sélection automatique.- Notifications en temps réel avec de nombreuses options disponibles pour les transferts : date d'expiration éloignée, création de liens, QR codes, limite de téléchargement éventuelle, historique, rapport de transfert, ...- Un mode "réception" est disponible avec les mêmes options que le mode "envoi" (email ou lien) et la possibilité d'envoyer un lien push.- Une assistance aux petits soins de ses clients avec des évolutions constantes pour améliorer le produit !

Cons

J'ai reçu une réponse à chaque email envoyé au support client et lorsque ma demande était pertinente, une évolution du site en a souvent découlé. Je recommande TransferNow les yeux fermés à tout particulier ou professionnel !

Il prodotto in se è facile da usare e configurare e per qualsiasi dubbio il team si supporto ti segue passo passo; tempi di risposta decisamente rapidi e spiegazioni chiare.La sicurezza nei trasferimenti e la possibilità di imporre una password sono fondamentali.

Nous avons changé de prestataire pour TransferNow qui se trouve être, certes moins cher que l'ancien que nous utilisions, mais surtout qui nous permet d'envoyer de gros volumes de fichiers sans restriction de poids et sans supplément.

Pros

Son interface très intuitive permet d'être rapidement à l'aise avec le système. L'application gère bien les contacts, le suivi des téléchargement est également à la hauteur de nos attentes : nous pouvons visualiser qui à pris quoi et quand.Le support technique est très efficace et à l'écoute des demandes/problèmes rencontrés.

Cons

Certaines fonctionnalités de recherches pourraient être davantage poussées (notamment sur l'objet du mail) et d'un point de vue pratique, la fenêtre de la zone de transfert pourrait être plus large pour bénéficier d'une meilleure visibilité.
