Pros The most importent feature of transfer now for me is the encryption of the software which gives protection to my files to be leaked or misused, the other thing is user friendly interface of the dashboard. It has been one of the most stable and consistent things I use. I would 100% recommend this to people that need to send large files to clients. Pros Very user friendly. Always consistent. Upload and download speeds are great. Files are easy to find later. Customizable notifications are fantastic. Cons Every once in a while there will be the random bug. However, they are always quick to find a solution and work with you to fix it. You also deal with real people, which I think is awesome. Switched from [WeTransfer](https://www.capterra.com/p/176600/WeTransfer/) I switched due to the capped space that WeTransfer had. TransferNow had a larger maximum transfer capacity. I thought I had cancelled my account, but I was charged incorrectly afterward. When I tried to resolve the issue, I ran into several problems: - The support chat only redirected me to bots and FAQs, without giving me the option to talk to a real person. - I couldn’t access my account because I forgot my password, and despite trying multiple times, I never received any reset emails. - After countless attempts, I still had no way to log in. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Clearer cancellation processes, reliable password reset functionality, and access to real customer support would make a big difference. Pros TransferNow is useful because it allows you to send and share large files quickly and securely without needing a paid account Cons Once you have a paid account, the cancellation process, especially if you forget your password, is confusing and not helpful. Pros It's free feature offer enough functionalities that you can do a lot with it. If you're small business or individual, Free option is best. But for Large businesses who use it every day. It is better to buy monthly or annual plan. It has amazing UI and easy navigation. Not a problem if you want to use it in different languages. It is fully encrypted. You can easily drag and drop Messaging is also supported. You easily send files to receiver via email or link. Files can be 4GB upto 20 recipients. Which is better than 2GB in WeTransfer. Cons Only 50 recipients in premium version? Why? That's not fair. While looking into more softwares we have better options like Dropbox and Google Drive. No App on Playstore. I can easily share videos, images, and big files in it. According to me, it is a very trustworthy and reliable software. It works perfectly fine. I never noticed any kind of lag while transferring large documents. Pros I can easily transfer large files with TransferNow. The software is very user-friendly and it is very simple to navigate in it. The interface is impeccable, I like it. I believe that it is a very secure platform to transfer files. Cons I don’t have any issues related to the functioning of TransferNow. However, I feel that the pricing is not that great, it should be less. There are so many services out there that are better than TransferNow. There is nothing special this one offers that others don't. And, with its free plan, it provides a file transfer facility up to 5GB in size, which is quite impressive. Also, it allows users to create a custom web address for sending and receiving files instantly. Cons TransferNow is a better file transfer solution but not ideal for managing them. Even with its premium plan, the files are stored temporarily and are no longer accessible after they expire.
