Pros This software is my favorite when comes to One to One meeting. Because: - it allows screen sharing w/o downloading any software - whiteboard w/ annotation support - my custom own branding on the Greeting screen. - most importantly, a stable connection All these are extremely helpful for my personal use-case where I need to make discussion about changes with my designer. Cons \- there are rooms of improvement in terms of UI. - it doesn't sync nicely with my Google Calendar hence my local holiday is not being reflected in Vectera's calendar. It is never glitchy and doesn’t make me look bad in front of customers. Pros I love the persistent rooms, not having to recreate or resend emails is great. All the documents and whiteboards used at last meeting stay with the room. Cons I haven’t found anything negative so far about the software. It just works and works really well for my needs. I like the white board. Every meeting I have had the other user was able to figure out how to use it fairly quickly. Cons I have noticed a few bugs. Like when a third person joins the meeting it seems to knock everyone’s audio until they turn it off and then on again. But these could be random and I am sure they are working on them.
