Roadmap: the Vectera team listens to your suggestions of new features & bugs

Cons

Nothing in particular. I am somehow impatient for upcoming features like e.g. VOIP, but just need to wait a bit longer :)

Format of the recordings is not in MP4 format.

Hi KC, thanks for the great review :) We try to make Vectera as user-friendly as possible so it's really nice to see that 'ease of use' is one of your pro's! Recordings in MP4 is on our roadmap and will come in 2020!

Easy to use, a no-nonsense professional look & feel is perfect for these kind of interactions.

Cons

They have no VoiP integration yet - but should be working on it

Pros

Vectera is really easy to use and to connect with clients. You just need to send them the URL and you’re ready to start a Vectera call. As the url is specific for the meeting you have with your customer you can easily go back to review content, annotations and what you've discussed during the meeting. +: whiteboards, no installation required, easy to use

Cons

I just started to use the software, so far so good :-)
