This software streamlines the entire process for case management! Spend some time getting to know the product and have all information on your electronic devices. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and team have the best customer service I've experienced. Quick to immediate response, tutorials and one-on-one training. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is also an Advocate, so he matches your need for expediency, or colleague to colleague chat.

Cons

It can be a little tricky to get started on some features, which require tutoring.

I wish I had chosen them 6 years ago instead of choosing what I thought to be the créme de la créme of case management only to have trouble with customer service, support, and the product itself.

Pros

Support, promise of efficiency, customer service, abiltiy to customize.

Cons

I am struggling a little to understand how to set up the work flow. But, that is my ignorance and the Dibcase team has been great at offering their help.

Time is valuable. Dibcase provides the ability to save time which in turn will create more revenue for your business. Having a complete case management system makes business and practice more enjoyable, and the affordability allows small firms to experience the same efficiency and organization of a large firm.

Pros

This software is easy to learn and easy to use. The document generation tool is the most efficient and easy to use of any software I have tried or used. The cost fits any small firm budget but does not lack any of the essential elements of the case management software used by large law firms throughout the country. Highly recommended for any firm seeking to simplify their case management process!

Cons

I have not found much that needs to be improved about the software. The integration of other practice areas would be very attractive for firms that practice multiple areas of law.

I'm very new to this program but so far, I have already seen how it is going to help me with time management and with the statistics of my business.

Pros

Ability to create your own templates and then have your necessary forms, letters and documents at the click of a button. You always know the number of active clients you have at a glance. Customization of your company logo and documents. Import capabilities with OHO and spreadsheets you've created. Ability to export reports of many types. Ability to link with DropBox and Google Drive. Customer service-I have never had such great customer service. I'm the 'wanna be techie-but mess it up' person.The rep has been responsive to all my questions and has assisted me directly many times and at odd hours. He makes sure you understand what any issues are and how to be able to use all options independently. And last, but not least, the price was a clincher.

Cons

Learning how to navigate and use all the features is time consuming--but is that really a con? That's true with any new program you choose.

They are excellent! Any questions about their program are immediately answered even if they have to do it hands on with you!

Pros

Input deadlines based on the denial date and it automatically calculates the date to appeal so you will never miss a deadline. Additionally, I love the Dropbox feature wherein a folder is created for each client and is easily accessible from the program. The message board and stick notes are also an added benefit.

Cons

I have found nothing yet. However, I wish that the medical records and documents could be added directly to the client's account without having to use Dropbox.

I have been a Social Security disability attorney for over 13 years. I have used different software programs and systems. But, none have even come close to the organization that this program gives me and my staff. No longer am I concerned about missing deadlines-dibcase has me covered. The message board enables me to see what my staff has worked on and what I need to follow up with. I cant say enough good things about the program and the support staff! I highly recommend this program.

Pros

The ease of use. Great customer support.

Cons

nothing really comes to mind. If I needed to be really critical, I would say the inability for emails to come back into dibcase, instead of going into my email only.
