Pros: Ease of use and saves me time processing record requests, documenting cases, and responding to client inquiries. I can generate documents with ease and accomplish everything I need to do for client's cases. I love the importing of ODAR and A/C Spreadsheets.

Cons: As with any new software there are some issues still being worked out. However, the development team has been very responsive and addressed my issues promptly.

Overall: It helps me with all of my day to day job activities including: appeals, records processing, creating documents, recording client contacts and notes, time tracking, scheduling appointments, etc.
