DIB Case is extensible allowing you to add features that do not exist out of the box. DIB Case is very internally interconnected which makes case/file reviews easy and nearly eliminates duplicates efforts entirely. The various logs can be exported to spreadsheets. It allows you to easily manage the productivity of employees and contract workers alike. It was made for Social Security disability benefits administrative advocacy practices and scale up with the growth of your law firm of advocacy company. Cons Out of the box, this software is not perfectly optimized for Federal Court appellate work, but can be easily modified to handle Federal Court appeals. January 26, 2019 5.0 Dibcase has allowed me to organize my consulting business as it grows. My work has become even more efficient and I can easily separate my clients based on their specific needs. I highly recommend Dibcase to anyone who practices SSA disability, attorneys, and really just anyone looking to streamline their business. Pros Where do I start?! The functionality is amazing. Couple clicks of a button and you have a whole set of documents waiting for you. Setting administrative limits for employees is a great feature. Customizing the program to fit YOUR business is what sold it for me. I have used Prevail and Microsoft-based databases and Dibcase just knocks it out of the park for me. It just makes sense to have. Everything at your fingertips: daily tasks, calendar, projected revenue, recent activity, etc. Exports information easily to spreadsheets. For a small business just starting out (such as mine) this is a program that will grow with you. For a large business that handles multiple types of cases this is a powerful program! As an individual with 13+ years working as an admin assistant for a disability company your admin assistants will love Dibcase! I have used different software programs and systems. But, none have even come close to the organization that this program gives me and my staff. No longer am I concerned about missing deadlines-dibcase has me covered. The message board enables me to see what my staff has worked on and what I need to follow up with. I cant say enough good things about the program and the support staff! I highly recommend this program. Pros The ease of use. Great customer support. Cons nothing really comes to mind. If I needed to be really critical, I would say the inability for emails to come back into dibcase, instead of going into my email only. Pros Ability to create your own templates and then have your necessary forms, letters and documents at the click of a button. You always know the number of active clients you have at a glance. Customization of your company logo and documents. Import capabilities with OHO and spreadsheets you've created. Ability to export reports of many types. Ability to link with DropBox and Google Drive. Customer service-I have never had such great customer service. I'm the 'wanna be techie-but mess it up' person.The rep has been responsive to all my questions and has assisted me directly many times and at odd hours. He makes sure you understand what any issues are and how to be able to use all options independently. And last, but not least, the price was a clincher. Any questions about their program are immediately answered even if they have to do it hands on with you! Pros Input deadlines based on the denial date and it automatically calculates the date to appeal so you will never miss a deadline. Additionally, I love the Dropbox feature wherein a folder is created for each client and is easily accessible from the program. The message board and stick notes are also an added benefit. Cons I have found nothing yet. However, I wish that the medical records and documents could be added directly to the client's account without having to use Dropbox. July 16, 2018 5.0 It helps me with all of my day to day job activities including: appeals, records processing, creating documents, recording client contacts and notes, time tracking, scheduling appointments, etc. Pros Ease of use and saves me time processing record requests, documenting cases, and responding to client inquiries. I can generate documents with ease and accomplish everything I need to do for client's cases. I love the importing of ODAR and A/C Spreadsheets.
