It was okay, Could be better overall. The service was mediocre and im not gonna lie i only liked the fact that i could recieve reviews

I liked the fact that clients can leave detailed reviews about me and my service…to me this was the only good feature

Cons

I hated the subscription pricing. Its not worth it in my opinion as they should still offer a free option

I wouldn’t have left if they had an option to personalize my page and if they allowed me to take deposits. They may have updated that now but if not would definitely be something worth adding

I love the fact that stylist will promote you and help you get new clients I was a new braider when I signed up and it help bring a lot of NEW people

Cons

When I last used them they didn’t do deposits which was needed. I also didn’t like the limited appearance

It was good. There were a couple of times that appts were allowed to be scheduled outside of my hours.

Pros

My client's ability to schedule 24/7. The site sent out automatic reminders for me. The simplicity of the site.

Cons

I started being charge for what was free without adding any benefits. It was years ago. So maybe they have upgraded.

Pros

This company is very complicated to use. Number one: they allow clients to take their money back after a service. Number 2: they don’t have a good enough contact system. When you need help no number to call just a stupid email that takes 5 business days to even get a response. Number 3: they don’t care about their workers they take most of your hard earn money. This business is not a professional at all!! Why wouldn’t you want to help your workers that’s making this app move but no they don’t care. All they care about is your money . Don’t use this app save your time. They will take money from your account without knowing.
