Cons Can be difficult and more time consuming than anticipated to build/set up. They are quick to respond and jump on a TEAMS call when needed. Changes with courses throughout the year are communicated quickly and efficiently by HSTM staff. Pros The SafetyQ learning plans are a great feature. They are easy to follow, and overall offer a great foundation for annual learning. The learning plans meet accreditation regulations. Cons It would be nice to be able "edit" the course. As of now, we are just adding notes at the beginning, or we have made a hospital specific course to better suit the needs of our staff. June 11, 2024 5.0 I have had only positive experiences with my staff and HealthStream. If I have encountered any issues I easy reach out for support and they help very quickly. Its easy to create different groups of employees and its easy to assign classes and keep compliant. Pros Easy for employees to access and navigate. They can access it from any computer and work on assignments during their leisure. Cons Not many cons. Sometimes, on the administrative end, they offer so many options, it is easy to get overwhelmed. Reason for choosing HealthStream ComplyQ / SafetyQ Well known product. I have used HealthStream's at many different healthcare entities.
