We have pretty demanding needs and a huge volume of data. The quality and consistency of the output is great. Overall an excellent supplier. Pros Excellent account services team and consistent quality of technical delivery. We have a very diverse need and require a fair amount of tailored work. Things are delivered to schedule and we get early warning if there have been any quality control checks that required reprocessing well in advance the odd time it happens. The teams are very receptive when any problems occasionally arise. Cons No real negatives. The work is complex so occasionally we have caught issues in acceptance testing the custom code created specifically for us. But the speed of correction has been excellent.
