It helped streamline scheduling for test drives and customer meetings, reduced missed appointments, and kept everything organized in one place with the rest of Microsoft 365. **Pros:** It made scheduling test drives and follow-up appointments much easier. Customers can pick an available time without back-and-forth emails, and everything syncs directly to Outlook, which saves time during busy days. **Cons:** The setup can take a little time at first, especially when configuring services and availability.
