"Great for quick appointment scheduling"

**Pros:** Microsoft Bookings makes it easy for me to manage appointments for myself and others. As an administrator, being able to quickly manage appointments is a must and this service makes it easy.

**Cons:** Some of the booking templates feel limited. I also was unable to make use of the shared booking pages for my organization, but I am sure they are helpful for others.

"Better than nothing - Room to improve"

**Overall:** Overall - Positive. It's certainly better than nothing if you're already using the Microsoft 365 suite of apps.

**Pros:** It is nice to be able to link a calendar to an email to help with groups trying to book a time together.

**Cons:** It's pretty cumbersome to setup for groups and relies on one person chasing the rest on a group to ensure their calendar is actually up to date.
