Someone using it for scheduling for employees. Pros It is really easy to set up and really user friendly. Survey design is pretty simple but if you want to change it is pretty simple to change it as well. Forms format is primitive, but it all you need to collect basic info. Never used it for employee scheduling so I can't tell about anything. Never needed any customer support since it is pretty easy to use, plus the cost of it amazing! I mean it is free. Cons It is very primitive.
