I can gather all sorts of information from the survey options it provides, and it creates a google sheet to handle that information. Anyone on my organization that needs to work with that information can do so easily at any point in time, either while running the survey or after it concluded. Cons There is little i don´t like about Google Forms. Some partners found it, not that easy to create design patters of surveys and replicate them so you don´t have to create each one from scratch. We create employee feedback, employee applications, patient feedback, etc. using Google Forms. You can download, print, and place answers in Google Sheets. It's versatility is great and I would recommend this site to anybody in business or schooling. Pros The most important things I like about google forms is that they are easy to publish and re-edit after being published. Also, being able to change the type of each question to multiple choice, long paragraph, check boxes, etc. is great. I also appreciate that Google Forms generates all of the answers at the end and create visual representation of all results. And the fact that you can choose to make answers anonymous - this ensures workplace safety. Being able to manage how responses are collected and protected is probably one of Google Form's best and important qualities. Cons There's nothing I don't really like. I have used Google Forms, Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Meet for most of my life. I rely on it often. I don't think there's really anything I do not like about their services. Pros I use it to collect system requirements from users as a Cloud Architect. This is extremely user friendly and has perfect Google Sheets integration. No need for coding knowledge. It is open-source and runs pretty slick on every browser. Cons Design options are very limited. We don't have much branding or custom CSS that we can do.
