At one point we used them for staff check-ins but now use a communications apps for that. Pros I love how easy it is to create forms. It’s very simple and people trust the link since it’s a reputable site. Cons I wish the forms could look cuter/ be more customizable to fit our brand. More fun fonts and ability to make animations. It offers good value for money because it’s simple, reliable, and quick to set up. Pros What I liked most is how easy it is to create forms and surveys without any technical setup. It’s cost-effective since it’s free with Google Workspace, and the interface is simple enough for anyone to use. Data collection is smooth, responses are organized automatically, and linking with Google Sheets makes analysis much easier. It also works well for simple scheduling and internal team planning.
