Overall its a great product Pros I like how easy this product is to use. I like the functionality of it and the ease of how it integrates with most products. We use it for surveys, ballots, and assessments. Pros Google Forms is one of the best survey tools I use with my yearbook staff. It is easy to create a quick survey, has numerous options, and what is best, is it calculates the responses. This alone has cut down on paper ballots for nearly everything. Cons The one drawback that I have found is that if a staff member creates a form in our shared drive, they are unable to add the option of collecting images as one of the features. Also, I can limit duplicate responses. It is very convenient because I can move the data to Google Sheets directly. Cons Even if I shorten the URL, it is still long. So I use bit.ly. Google Forms is also easy to collect emails for your email list as well. Cons I wish Google Forms had more features. Specifically, I wish Google Forms let you customize fonts, add different background, or even restructured the ordering of the form to make it appropriate for your customer base. I also wish that once you receive survey answers, it was easier to analyze the data and flip between pages. Sheets' interface keeps track of sent receipts to make sure they are delivered. The ticket view on my phone app lets me check while I'm out and about. Cons Setting up receipts by hand is necessary, and I lost a client's trust once because I forgot and thought their form didn't send.
