Pros Simply put Google Forms rocks. I have used it for school and extracurricular activities to perform surveys as well as sign up forms. Data presentation seems good for our case and building a form could not be simpler. Plus it's free. Data can be sent out to other Google products (Namely Sheets/Excel) for easier processing also. Cons For my usage case, I have not noticed any cons. One thing that I have noticed in surveys others have posted though is that anonymous surveys can be prone to one person submitting multiple times. Would highly recommend. Pros Google Forms makes it really easy to collect survey data and other things like that. The results/summary page is also quite descriptive and groups similar things together, making it easier to analyze the data collected. Pros Google Forms allows users to be creative in either improving or drafting various formats to be used by other users. I have used Google Forms to create survey for various stakeholders. Data collection is also pretty easy and user friendly. Sharing docs is also easy and helpful when collaborating. Cons Since I use it pretty much every day, the drive gets filled quickly and becomes cumbersome even if you sort and/or file various items. Some of the data is less user friendly and could use more tweaking to allow flexibility when collecting different data points. It is very useful tool and you you can just share the link via social media with your friends and they will answer the questions. In my survey I can also include different types of questions which is a very convenient. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of Google Forms Pros First it is very easy to use. You do not need to be genius in order to understand how to create a form by using this tool . Second it is completely free, so you do not pay anything in order to use it. Third it allows you to include different types of questions such as short and long answers, multiple and single choice questions. Furthermore there is no max amount of questions you can include, so you can include as much questions as you want. Last but not least it allows you collect the feedback you received in a very easy way. Cons If you do not have access to internet you can not use Google forms. And also one of the things that I admired is that you can choose between a variety of designs that have many colors, lines, drawings and designs that in turn make it easier for you to make questionnaires in a professional and attractive way Cons So far, I haven't noticed any negatives one day my friend told me about this great tool, I tried it and noticed that it is very easy to use, great and very affordable for me. After that, you can share the link to the form and start collecting data. As easy as that! Not only making conducting a survey is easy, Google Forms also helps you in analyzing the survey's result. At your convenience, you can see the graphics for each question in your forms. You can even track the response of a particular individual, to better learn their perspective toward your survey. It has helped our corporation with a paperless form workflow which is invaluable to us. Pros Google Forms is fantastic. It allows our corporation to poll staff and students, create surveys for the community, and provide parents an easy way to fill out information for enrollment and other things. Cons Honestly, I cannot thing of a downside of Google Forms. It has consistently performed well for us. The only thing on my wishlist is the submission of files to a form without the user having to use a Google account. Every other field can be used anonymously, but that one requires sign-in . There are many other more in depth and full featured form builders out there, but G forms is super quick to set up and has just the right amount of features to be useful. You can now get plugins in the web store to really expand the features, but those aren't part of this review. The other great feature is the ability to instantly put responses into a G Sheet which then makes it much more easier to work with and the data is live. Cons It seems like Google hasn't paid attention to this product for quite some time. There was a major update a number of years ago but after that it seems like nothing new has been added since then. It would be nice for some more up to date features that would put it closer to SurveyMonkey, but then again Google Forms is a free tool as part of Google Drive so I guess we can't expect too much.
