Its helpful software and simple to customize and use. Its secure and effective and easily shared among your audience. Pros I love the simplicity of this software. However it did take some patience being connected to someone who could answer any questions. January 15, 2025 5.0 I've been using Google Forms from my college days up until now. It's super easy to work out as it's made very easy. You can manage individual responses, which is easy when working on specific areas of a project and if you needed to see answers as a whole, it's just as simple! The settings make it easy to ensure nothing is adjusted once a form is sent out too which is very important for the projects i pursue. I can't recommend it enough and will continue to advocate for it. Pros It's very easy to use and similar to other paid alternatives. I utilise this web app to get customer feedback on projects as it's easy to manage the responses and easy to setup initially. My favourite area is the settings as you can set defaults for questions and adjust the style of the form. Cons There's not much to complain about, it's free to use and very easy to manage. Scalability is one of the strengths as I can start surveys for any various porpoises, like feedback requests, or proper surveys to access user's thoughts Cons If you are a google user that had you account set up in a different language, sometimes google forms get confused and mix the languages in your survey and it's a pain to get it sorted. We needed forms for employees to fill out in a variety of situations. Forms are easy and quick to make and edit, and easy for employees to find quickly and easily. I like being able to export responses to a spreadsheet which I can customize for the information I want to show. I do have frustrations with the limitation of the application, however. It should be much easier to attach a signature. There should be ways to condense the form so it takes up less space on the page; it is just too difficult to contain a lot of information per page. Even simple questions, like name, take up a huge amount of space. Also, there should be more options for different options for editing after submission. Pros Forms are easy to make and edit. I can collect photos, dates, emails, and create a Drive for that sorted information all in one place. Cons Google Forms image collector fills up quickly and has to be reset often if the form is shared with a large group of respondents. Zudem ist die Bedienung sehr simpel und gute verständlich, das Ausfüllen der Umfragen wird für die Kunden ebenfalls sehr einfach gemacht. Pros Google forms is free, so inherently the value is really high because you can do a lot with it. Survey design is very simple and has many capabilities that you will most frequently use. Cons Forms is pretty basic for survey design, especially compared to its competitors such as Qualtrics. A few more customizability options would be helpful. Pros The most i like about Google Forms is how easy to use it is. Creating forms for feedback has been incredible, we can personalize as we need, the same for some quizzes we do after some trainings here at work, we have the option to provide feedbacks in time too. Cons I don't see any mayor issue than it's not customizable like branding or stylish. But other than that, is perfect. For an average user, there are standard features, and you can make the form look semi-professional in its design. Summarization of data is also available. Cons I dislike how many questions options there are; other forms offer quite a bit more. Microsoft Office, for instance, has Linkert scales and is free online as well. Pros Creating and publishing survey form by Google Forms is effective and much easier than other fancy survey software. It is easy, free to use, and can be embedded on any website. It only support for a few basic function, it is enough for our restaurant use to collect feedback from our customer about our food quality and satisfaction on our in-house server. I can limit to one response per customer to get an accurate feedback and make adjustment with our service after analyzing all the response that we collect. Cons Google Forms only allow to export all the data response in Google sheets. It is better if they can support for other document format like PDF to make it easy to read all the response that we collect. It wasn't a too much of issues, but would be nice if given other option. Always easy, always free, nothing's changed. I keep using it. Pros Forms get put together quickly to collect information during surveys across different social media.. Cons Google Forms stays basic and once you start hitting limits you might want to look at free versions of some alternatives like forms.app or Typeform. But be careful, even though these tools offer value to free users, they can often trap you with free trials and unexpected charges.
