Pros The most important things I like about google forms is that they are easy to publish and re-edit after being published. Also, being able to change the type of each question to multiple choice, long paragraph, check boxes, etc. is great. I also appreciate that Google Forms generates all of the answers at the end and create visual representation of all results. And the fact that you can choose to make answers anonymous - this ensures workplace safety. Being able to manage how responses are collected and protected is probably one of Google Form's best and important qualities. Cons There's nothing I don't really like. Also, the link can be shared with anybody and they could open it on their mobile or laptop phones without any issues. Cons There are a couple things I don't like about this design. I can't alter the layout very much and the appearance is rather simple. Creating a very professional looking form is difficult. Also, when I have a very long form with a lot of questions involved sometimes it takes me a long time to edit.
