Author Writing and Editing Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Easy to use, amazing results." November 9, 2025 5.0 Overall, it's my go-to for 99% of my form needs. I use it as an author, a youth minister and parent as well. So, so useful Pros I love the ease of creating a form, and the way you view the responses in so many different forms. Individual is sometimes useful when I want to zoom in on results, but then being able to export to Google Sheets?! Amazing! And even better, once you've exported, if someone new response it auto-adds their response to the sheet. Amazing Cons If I could pick one thing that I'd love if this software had, was a way for the user to make it viewable who has signed up for various things. There might be a way to do that, but I haven't figured it out yet. January 25, 2026 5.0 As a Client Services Manager, I consider the knowledge of our guests to be my priority. My tool involves gathering feedback at the end of every stay as well as getting the availability of staff. It is absolutely free and trustworthy but it is not as sophisticated as paid survey platforms. Pros The survey design is too intuitively designed that I can design post-stay feedback forms in minutes which makes us collect essential insights of guests with ease. Pros The user friendly interface makes form building easy. There are also certain logics that help the forms perform better from a user facing point of view. Cons Very basic. Lacking advanced logic building. You're also unable to effectively 'brand' the form to make it look as if it is not a Google form. It is a fantastic generic form creation tool, and it's ability to be accessed within Google Drive is very convenient. I would love to see a few more advanced features added, but overall Google Forms works for a majority of the use cases that I've had. Pros Google forms makes it incredibly quick to create and distribute forms, surveys, and similar types of documents. The low amount of effort required to design a form and start collecting data is what makes this tool so useful. Cons I have few complaints about Google Forms. It works well but there are definitely more advanced cases where other software excels, one example is forms that require a signature (it would be a game changer if Google Forms supported this functionality). I am also able to connect with other tools like Zapier for further automation. Pros the trust people have in the brand Google therefore I can get people to give me the information (non-sensitive of course). And ease of use and automation features. Cons my biggest problem is not being able to manage sent requests. Sometime I need to delete a pending sent form because the person called me instead or they canceled a booking therefore it is no longer needed. But even though I have set up the form where a person can fill out more than one form, there is a glitch in the system. Later on if I try to send a form to a recipient who has a form in queue, it sometime, not all the time, it does not get sent. I figured this out through trial and error. Cons It’s a little more difficult to add media (photos, videos, images) than other software, but it is manageable.
