Pros I like the way it keeps everything organized and we have easy access to responses that are submitted. I am also able to connect with other tools like Zapier for further automation. Pros the trust people have in the brand Google therefore I can get people to give me the information (non-sensitive of course). And ease of use and automation features. Cons my biggest problem is not being able to manage sent requests. Sometime I need to delete a pending sent form because the person called me instead or they canceled a booking therefore it is no longer needed. But even though I have set up the form where a person can fill out more than one form, there is a glitch in the system. Later on if I try to send a form to a recipient who has a form in queue, it sometime, not all the time, it does not get sent. I figured this out through trial and error. Cons It’s a little more difficult to add media (photos, videos, images) than other software, but it is manageable. It’s got so many features that collect data and the survey design is simple and easy. It’s easy to use as a scheduling application as well. I’ve never needed customer support. I think that the waybit synchronises with other applications is also amazing in terms of data management. It's quite easy for designing surveys and rating views from participants. Cons I would just recommend Google forms to any one. I have not had any negative experience with it so far. It is very intuitive and highly recommend it for beginners or for those who need simple data collection. I had to move on as I needed complex workflows with my evolving needs but it still is capable of capturing 80-90% of my use cases. Pros Its extremely easy to use even with no technical expertise. It integrates well with google sheets and provides real-time responses. What's more its completely free with several templates and themes readily available to choose from Cons It lacks advanced logic or can be extremely tedious to implement as well as limited customization options.
