I have recommended it countless times for dozens of applications. Pros Google Forms is extremely easy to use, even for a novice. It's a highly customizable and is great for surveys, applications, you name it. Personally, my favorite feature is its ability to integrate into Google Sheets. That enables you not only to filter and sort data, but to implement formulas, macros, and conditional formatting that allow you to more efficiently analyze real-time data. I use this at home and at work and I've never been disappointed. Cons There's almost nothing that I dislike about this software. It's near perfect. If I could talk to programmers, my two suggestions would be these. 1. Provide more options for data validation in order to restrict/verify user responses. 2. Allow more design customization rather than only banners and background colors. It facilitates the creation of forms in a matter of seconds. It has a very clean and straightforward user interface. During my events, I used this tool to register participants and get feedback or responses from them. It includes features such as radio buttons, multiple selections, file upload, and more when building a form. You can easily export data to an Excel sheet for further analysis. Cons I had no issues utilizing Google Forms however, it is lacking some features, such as a simple user interface and a limited design, which makes it less interactive. I started using Google Forms in the early phases of my journey as a freelancer and haven't stopped since alternative solutions failed or proved to be far too complicated for the tasks that Google Forms simplifies, as seen by my success. Pros These forms are straightforward to create and are really handy. I've attempted to create forms in the past using a variety of customer relationship management systems, but none of them come close to the simplicity and functionality of Google Forms. In addition, you can turn your form into a quiz and award points to participants, break your form down into sections, and display the information you collect in a variety of ways. These forms can also be used to register for online tests, which you can find here. Cons In order to collaborate on forms, you must have the email address of the original creator saved in your phone's contacts list. I have also used google forms to create RSVP forms and the responses were incredible. Pros I love that Google Forms is very easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that makes it simple for me to create forms I use for events and maintenance of our office equipment.I also like the Integration with other google apps like google drive, sheets and app script, making it easy to store, manage my form responses, and set automations.There are a lot more, like real-time collaboration, data analysis (those charts are gorgeous, aren't they?), automated responses and customization to name a few.I cannot recommend it more than I have. I love it. Cons No in-built payment option!!! I tried to create a form to sell tickets for a social event but unfortunately had to use an external link for payment. I can easily edit them at anytime and share links that anyone can access and complete. It has eliminated the need to create, save, download, and be at my computer. Cons My Ipad and the forms don't always work well together due to the limitations of the tablet. When making significant changes I still need to be at my PC. None of them have been disappointed by it because it is highly reliable and efficient. It saves the time and energy for creating forms at my university. Pros Every time I have to collect data from somebody, I use a Google form. It takes me less than 10 minutes to create an attractive form that suit my needs. It is highly customizable and have many interesting features. I don't have to learn anything to create a form. I can add photos, check boxes, drop down lists and everything. The interface is very pleasing and easy to use. I love how Google forms let me get the exact idea in my mind to a form. I can see the responses to my form in multiple ways with tables and charts. Google forms lets me download all the responses in a Excel file. From a T shirt sign up to a professional interview form, Google forms has been my ultimate choice for years. Cons It takes some time to load the Google forms editor for me, but that may be depending on the internet speed. A Google form being accessible to everyone with the link is not secure and I think they should introduce a feature to add a password to Google forms we make. It is easy to use and save money overall! Pros Google forms has a wide variety of options, from Google docs, sheets, classroom and more. This is an awesome and free package for those using Gmail accounts in the nonprofit sector. Being from nonprofits, this software allows for sharing of documents amongst coworkers without having to worry about access to servers and being in the office. As a consultant, I will say that every nonprofit that utilizes Google forms, always allows for seamless integration and ease of sharing information, just by logging into their accounts. Cons The only con is that when you live in areas where internet is spotty, you can not always access the files. However, this is not the fault of Google, just something to be mindful of. If you use it for internal purposes or in a way that you don't need company branding, almost perfect tool. Pros Free to use - there's no better free tool on the market. Easy to setup with good functionality. For larger forms, they have machine learning as well to make creating one simple and easy. Quiz functionality helps a lot. Beautiful design and easy to share with whoever you want (combination of public as well as internal within the company). Easy to track responses with Sheets. Cons Although they do look great, it's not customisable in a large extent. No complex form logic (it's free so I would say you get a huge value, but still would be good to have, even as a paid add-on). No good integration with outside apps - webhooks are a mess to setup as well. Company branding option. I use it every day to categorize my clients in different slots. Highly recommended for people handling questionnaires. Pros The good and enjoyable fact about Google Forms is that you do not need any experience before using it. Once you have your questions ready, you can just start inputting without anyone teaching you. It has a unique link which, when given to people to fill out the questionnaire, it takes you straight to the form and gives the exact design you added. There is also a feature to edit and update whenever your information even after you have submitted. You can gather the information in the questionnaires easily sorted, and it is free too. In both capacities, I find Google Forms easy to work with and develop the ideal questionnaire. Pros The product is easy to use and makes sending out questionnaires and surveys easy. I also like the ability to add digitial images and customise the view with little effort and engineering. Cons Google.com needs an option to toggle between forms view and excel view for responses. Also MyDrive should be able to filter or sort by type of document for ease of getting to forms. I love the simplicity and features and probably will never leave. Pros Marketing to thousands of potential customers is hard. Finding out what our current customer list is looking for is even harder. Google forms simplifies the data collecting process and allows for us centennially improve our marketing efforts. Cons I would like to see improvements to the automation features of google forms. IE, answering one question with a specific answer will then follow up with another question related to the first question. There is some implementation but it could be more robust for sure. It has been a wonderful tool overall. There are just a few ease-of-use/timesaving features that could be implemented to make the process of creating or editing a form more efficient. Pros For a free tool, Google Forms is a pretty complete tool. It has the basic features you need to create a variety of surveys and questionnaires Also, it's a small thing but I love the intuitive color change after an image is added. Cons Sometimes it can be slow going when you have a large questionnaire so it would be nice to have a navigator other than drag and drop (e.g. Elementor's navigator feature). Also, more customization options in terms of available fonts and branding would be a plus. It would also be very useful to have a better way of creating a test that returns a score. The quiz feature doesn't really work for this. Cons I think there should be more security modes, I mean when I want to share a form that is confidential then I really want to know that anybody else couldn't reach that files. I use it for creating a basic survey for the workers on my organization and collect their opinion easily. Pros Google Forms has no limit in the how i can use it for. I can create any kind of online forms using this software, and the best things is i do not need to install the software because it is available from the cloud and only need web browser to start using it. Almost all user has a google account and they can fill out the form without having to create a new account in order to using it. Cons It only has a basic automation process that can only sent a notification to my email for a new entrants to the form, and that is all about it. Managing all the raw data from the spreadsheet also quite challenging as integration from the spreadsheet to my data software is not compatible and i need to do it manually. Beyond that, the integration with Wordpress really helped out, even though upload file isn't allowed. Didn't tried plug-ins but hoping to do it soon. Can say Google Forms is a very useful tool, with no monetary investments at all, so great for beginners! Pros Needed to run an easy and simple survey as a MVP for my business' pitch, and Google Forms granted me that. I could easily ask whatever I wanted from my customers, even letting them upload files (in this case, we needed them to upload images) into the survey. Also, after the survey was running good, we could integrate it with Wordpress and have our costumers get into the Forms without leaving our site. Cons Its interface is very restricted to the standards, so whenever you see a Google Forms survey, you know it was made on Google Forms. We tried to design it like our brand's design, but we couldn't for we had restricted typeface and colours. The integration with Wordpress also didn't let us use the file upload resource, so thumbs down on that too.
