It has greatly improved efficiency with how easy the integration with Google Sheets was. Pros Allows users to quickly create surveys, quizzes and feedback forms! The real-time response tracking and automatic data collection into Google Sheet analyzing results simple and efficient. If reliability is a factor, this tool of the Google suite is a reflection of stability and reliability. Pros When you submit a survey, you can either log in with your Google account or use a different email where required. Some forms are anonymous, and that is very useful on many occasions as well. It has different methods to share the survey and is easy for users and creators to navigate. Looking at your responses and managing the data that comes from the survey is also easy. Cons There are some missing features in the form that could be useful, such as the ability to share media, if as a user you could respond with audio, and the response could be transcribed. that could be useful to engage more responses. I took a lot of stats and marketing classes and we often did surveys for data collection. It was easy and fun with lots of features. The data visualization is also very helpful. I like that i can customize the types of question, including the answer validation. It's free as well! This is my go-to for conducting user / customer surveys. Cons Branching questions can be a bit tricky. But I have worked around using sections which hasn't been too bad. I do think there are interface improvements that could be made to make it more aesthetic but for a free product it does the job. Great way to gather data and synthesize it into a digestible spreadsheet - just make sure that you think through how you will use the results/responses so that you format the questions in a way that will be useful (multiple choice vs free response). Pros Very user friendly and easy to set up even for first time users. It has many customizable features and exports all data into a downloadable spreadsheet making it easy to maximize insights from results. It is also nice that you can make some questions required and leave some optional. Cons I don't like that it is very obviously a google product and can't be branded/white labeled. We also use for surveys to know what we should or shouldn’t be doing more in the office. Cons You have to make sure all settings are correct. Cons Needing a gmail account to access. Not everyone I need to use this has a google account to access, so that sometimes is an additional step.
