Creating a survey is intuitive and tracking responses is simple. There are also multiple options for how to view data from responses. Google forms is free to use and easy to collaborate with making it my go to survey tool. Cons The visual design of surveys created in Google Forms is somewhat limited. Pros I like that it is free and usable through my school account which makes it a good value for money. It is intuitive and easy to use. The survey design is very easy to follow along with and build from both the surveyer and survey taker. Cons I havent tried their customer service so i cant say anything for either way. The data collection features are good but basic and limited, which are fine for my purposes but could be better. Im not sure what features they have for process and workflow automation. Pros This is a great tool to conduct surveys, it helps collect data in an easy an intuitive way. It has many features that allow you to personalize your survey to your needs. Since it is a free tool, it has a great value for your money. Pros Google Forms is an amazingly efficient and easy way to collect data in various types of documents (write-in answers, multiple choice, drop-down options, etc.), saving time and energy to focus on other non-administrative tasks. The best feature is being able to have multiple teammates work together on any given document, which is crucial for a virtual teams environment. Cons Some of the reporting outputs could be considered too basic for some users. As with most web tools and apps, internet connectivity is an important requirement. I work at a high school, and we use Google Forms for student surveys often, Pros Google Forms is user-friendly, customizable, and easy to use the data. The features and variety is nice to take advantage of. There are multiple types of question formats that are useful when gathering various answer types. It's got all of the question tool types, and is very easy to generate reports with. Pros So easy to make, and has all of the tools that we've needed to generate reports and survey data. It's an ideal platform for getting feedback too, which is often what I use it for. Cons Honestly not much. It's UI is pretty dated, but that's such a minor thing that I don't consider it needing to change. I think the only reason we'd switch away at this point is for a self-hosted solution, but that's not worth integrating company wide. Pros It is one of the most convenient tools out there that can be set up and used in a matter of few minutes. Questions, suggestions, surveys, votes and many more practices can be done so easily.
