I love how you can integrate with Google sheets and easy to upload files from your device. It is easy to setup also. Cons No customer support incase of any problems especially if you are a free user. You can't customize so it looks the same to everyone. Pros I usually fill out forms instead of creating them or surveying with them, so it is nice to use and work with them. and it has a wide range of features and fields to cover, which makes them great, and it is so good for surveying, since they are simple and exhaustive. and the data from them get exported in excel files which makes them so usefull. Cons They are nice, but not sure how to save them efficiently, as single forms after I fill because having them saved and collected will help so much by including all relevant information about a project in the same directory. Otherwise super happy with this product. Pros The features I liked best about Google Forms were the ability to create a range of availability checks, general information gathering documents, surveys and more. Cons I created a Google Form on my mobile device once rather than on my laptop, and once I sent it out it prompted everyone filling it out to download the app, rather than being able to simply open the form in their browser or directly in their email. Cons There is not much not to like with Google Forms. I haven't found it to be a problem for anyone to use. June 5, 2025 5.0 Google forms makes it easy for all to register and create forms themselves. i have used it multiple times for my church events, as well as for my business, and it has been such a great convenience. Pros I can create a form for any kind of event and customize the form however i desire. It is so easy to collaborate with others and to see responses. Cons I do not like that you cannot set a date when you want the form to close. you have to manually close the form and remember to do it. Google form is my go to when planning out a quick survey. It is also free and that makes it much better. Pros The ease of use for both setting up and also for anyone filling up the survey. The integration with google mail makes it so much accessible. With less technical knowledge one can set up a google form and that's a thumbs up for it. Cons It's not very much customizable, It's just simple which is great but there is not much you can customize it into. So it's more like basic. Our dental offices have used it to generate appointment request forms, patient satisfaction surveys, and pre-visit questionnaires. We love that it’s web-based—making it easy for patients to complete forms on any device which improves response rates and streamlines intake—which is very valuable for our busy practice. Best part about it is, that it is absolutely free, which makes it great value for money! Cons One thing i would like to see more in google forms is more customization in forms. Sometimes i feel designs are bit limited. Also responses can get a bit messy in the sheets if you are collecting alot of data.
