Its easy to use, convenient, all you need to do is create a survey, share a link and boom you have your results. Great for designing surveys, great for businesses, schools, students, and any individual who need many people to give their opinions on something from anywhere across the world. Pros I use google forms to create mini work surveys and it does a perfect job. It sort of allows you to choose answer options like selecting an answer either abc or d, it also allows one to type in an answer, it has options to rate, and it also provides results in tables and graphs if you want them like that. Cons Honestly l cannot fault google forms, its exactly ow forms should be.I have no cons for this software. It is relatively easy to use and collects data in a way that is easily presented either by individual answers or as a reflection of all answers in graph form etc. Hugely helpful to progress workflow and feedback on matters alike. It is the easiest integration we have found for data collection and surveys. Cons I don't like how little you can format and professionalize the forms but the practical use to hard to beat. I especially like the anonymous option for responders. Pros It is easy to set up and edit. There are different answer formats available, depending on the type and size of response I am looking for. Cons I sometimes miss a publishing step and am not aware that the form isn't totally live yet. Pros Google Forms facilitates this process for our team leads, who can freely submit reports, safety checklists or even equipment requests, without the need of generating additional paperwork. I like that responses go directly to a Google Sheet so we can easily look at the information in one place instead of manually inputting it. Cons The design choices are rudimentary and it fails to accommodate complex workflows out of the gate. For anything more complicated than that, we need to be looking at third-party add-ons or hacks. It is also synced with Google Sheets and you can easily manage the data you've collected. Pros Google forms has an easy to use platform where anything such as dates, times, contact info, etc. can be added to the form. This has been a game changer for our pop-up events with scheduling appointments. It’s also very easy to update as needed. Cons It would be beneficial to receive an email each time an entry is submitted. This leaves room for missed information at times. It provides me with a solution to my small business' needs that stays within our budget without sacrificing quality. Pros Google Forms' HIPAA compliant option provides an important resource for providers in solo private practice like myself. If for some reason I need a secondary option for collecting patient information, this would be my first choice. It is SO easy and intuitive to use, and the survey design is basically drag-and-drop, which somehow makes it even easier! There's tons of options for process and workflow automation. I am impressed by the value Google Forms provides for the money it costs me to access. I've not needed to contact customer support, but I'm sure if I needed to it would be as high quality as their product! Cons Sometimes when I copy a previous item to drag and drop it, the drag and drop feels clunky. My best guess is this is a 'me' issue and not a Google Forms Issue. Review Source MO Makenna O.
