Since it is a free tool, it has a great value for your money. Cons So far, I haven't encounter any downsides to this, it has good costumer support that can help you with any issues that you might encounter. Cons The only suggestion that I would make is to integrate Ai into the platform. A ai assistant would be helpful when creating the form and making decisions on formats.
