We create employee feedback, employee applications, patient feedback, etc. using Google Forms. You can download, print, and place answers in Google Sheets. It's versatility is great and I would recommend this site to anybody in business or schooling. Pros The most important things I like about google forms is that they are easy to publish and re-edit after being published. Also, being able to change the type of each question to multiple choice, long paragraph, check boxes, etc. is great. I also appreciate that Google Forms generates all of the answers at the end and create visual representation of all results. And the fact that you can choose to make answers anonymous - this ensures workplace safety. Being able to manage how responses are collected and protected is probably one of Google Form's best and important qualities. Cons There's nothing I don't really like. I have used Google Forms, Google Docs, Gmail, and Google Meet for most of my life. I rely on it often. I don't think there's really anything I do not like about their services.
