Overall Google Forms is a very helpful tool for creating various types if surveys and questionnaires and have an efficient integration with other tools.

Pros

Simple to use and has a simple design which make it easy to create surveys or any kind of forms.Customazible templates and questions that fit every need. Collect and organizes data automatically which reduces errors and save time. Customizable design options eg one can add logos ,use themes and pick colors that make forms more attractive. Offer real time collaboration that makes it easy to work with others to build or edit forms.It very affordable tool for everyone ,free for personal use .

Cons

Integrating Google Forms with Video and photos is not easy.Also they should have an easy way to print or export all sumarry charts.

It makes it very easy to create a form to fill out surveys and receive instant feedback

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit of a hassle to create toggle options such as multiple choices or short answers. Perhaps keeping it simpler is a better option

It is important to monitor progress of students effectively. I apply this in our day to day data collection and course assessments. It is an unbelievable value to money, yet the organization of the staff and students needs an external application.

Pros

The level of easy usability in terms of survey design is unprecedented and our language teachers are able to create vocabulary quizzes and student feedback portals with ease with no technical expertise.

Cons

The options of complex employee scheduling and the possibility of managing several class schedules are practically absent, and specialized customer care for our small education facility is unavailable.

Overall the experience with Google Forms is great and I'd highly recommend it for basic form building and data collection.

Pros

The user friendly interface makes form building easy. There are also certain logics that help the forms perform better from a user facing point of view.

Cons

Very basic. Lacking advanced logic building. You're also unable to effectively 'brand' the form to make it look as if it is not a Google form.

Google forms has a very simple and understandable interface .The drag and drop feature come in handy when creating forms.Offer a customizable survey URL.Has a seamless integration with other G Suite apps.24/7 support available from any device.I find it great for conducting surveys and collecting data.

Cons

I don't like how the tool provide fewer customization possibilities.Would also request for more templates to be available.

Overall, it's my go-to for 99% of my form needs. I use it as an author, a youth minister and parent as well. So, so useful

Pros

I love the ease of creating a form, and the way you view the responses in so many different forms. Individual is sometimes useful when I want to zoom in on results, but then being able to export to Google Sheets?! Amazing! And even better, once you've exported, if someone new response it auto-adds their response to the sheet. Amazing

Cons

If I could pick one thing that I'd love if this software had, was a way for the user to make it viewable who has signed up for various things. There might be a way to do that, but I haven't figured it out yet. It'd be awesome if we were planning something like a potluck to not have to default to different software

Overall I am pleased with the ease of use, the automation features (refering to setting up an email being sent after a person fills out the form), the use of Google sheets, since I am familiar with this too. I am also able to connect with other tools like Zapier for further automation.

Pros

the trust people have in the brand Google therefore I can get people to give me the information (non-sensitive of course). And ease of use and automation features.

Cons

my biggest problem is not being able to manage sent requests. Sometime I need to delete a pending sent form because the person called me instead or they canceled a booking therefore it is no longer needed. But even though I have set up the form where a person can fill out more than one form, there is a glitch in the system. Later on if I try to send a form to a recipient who has a form in queue, it sometime, not all the time, it does not get sent. I figured this out through trial and error. I ended up having to do some patch work.

Pros

It has helped me solicit feedback, conduct surveys, and call for submissions from contributors-all free and with an interface anyone on my team can use right off the bat. The ability to easily customize surveys and share them simplifies editorial data gathering.

Cons

The design and feature options are limited for more sophisticated surveys, while payment collection only works with extra add-ons. Sometimes support is less prompt if there are technical issues with response tracking.

Quick, easy, and powerful for a basic form and data collection. The integration to the ecosystem of other Google tools is great. Probably only use it for a simple ad-hoc or routine but informal data collection. It doesn't look and feel corporate or at least I didn't discover how to make it look that way

Pros

It's simple, it's integrated with the rest of the Google Workspace. Very straightforward to use. It covers the basic needs perfectly. Getting a summary of the responses back into a CSV, very useful

Cons

Sometimes access is a problem for people without Google credentials. The features are basic. They have basic customizations but a bit fiddly if you want customized branding or a really professional look.

Overall my experience with google forms was good especially during covid-19 as it helped us a lot and made our studies easier.

Pros

It is very easy and convenient to use. Even beginners can create Forms and surveys without any technical knowledge. It is very helpful for surveys and reasearch works as we can collect data easily. It saves a lot of time.

Cons

The thinng i least like about google form is the lack of strong anti cheating features during online test. Participant can easily switch tabs, copy paste answers without any detection. This makes it less reliable for conducting serious or competitive exams.

As a Client Services Manager, I consider the knowledge of our guests to be my priority. My tool involves gathering feedback at the end of every stay as well as getting the availability of staff. It is absolutely free and trustworthy but it is not as sophisticated as paid survey platforms.

Pros

The survey design is too intuitively designed that I can design post-stay feedback forms in minutes which makes us collect essential insights of guests with ease.

Cons

The customization of the design is too simple to suit our high end brand. Some important features is missing which was necessary make that one a good product.

Pros

I really enjoy the features it’s has that allow a surgery design, helps to collect data and gather all sort of different information in an organized fashion.

Cons

The format seems a little outdated, could use a little upgraded look and feel. Looks similar to programs from years ago.

Google forms syncs with other Google components, so you can keep them in your Google Drive. It has an autosave feature which is nice. You’re able to limit who has access to each form you create, and you get instant feedback.

Pros

It’s an easy tool for creating quizzes, polls, and questionnaires with instant feedback. It’s easy to share and create forms.

Cons

It’s a little more difficult to add media (photos, videos, images) than other software, but it is manageable.

It has most of the important tools you may need for a survey. It really fulfills the purpose and it's free. If reliability is a factor, this tool of the Google suite is a reflection of stability and reliability.

Pros

When you submit a survey, you can either log in with your Google account or use a different email where required. Some forms are anonymous, and that is very useful on many occasions as well. It has different methods to share the survey and is easy for users and creators to navigate. Looking at your responses and managing the data that comes from the survey is also easy.

Cons

There are some missing features in the form that could be useful, such as the ability to share media, if as a user you could respond with audio, and the response could be transcribed. that could be useful to engage more responses.
