Would recommend for teams who want something quick and dependable. Pros I use Google Meet for work for daily calls and it just opens fast, no issues. However, for teachers who do a lot of screensharing or people who run group classes or webinars/masterclasses, there are other platforms out there that better meet the needs of those situations. Pros I like that it's an accessible video-call platform that can be used directly in the browser and doesn't require downloading an app or even having a Google account. Cons I have not used the desktop app, but when using it in a browser, screensharing is quite annoying. I have run into issues where I would have needed to restart the call in order to enable permissions to share a different window. And it's often not possible to continue to see the video feeds of other call participants while screensharing from a different tab.
