It's a great, lightweight, free meeting tool that you can use both for personal meetings as an alternative to Skype/Whatsapp, as well as for business meetings. Pros Love that it's free, and there are a ton of options, even on the free plan. Easy to use, it's lightweight, and I love that people can easily join from a mobile device. If you have people joining from a bunch of different types of devices, this is a lot easier to use than Zoom. It also allows you to share your screen. Cons The free plan doesn't allow Gemini to record meetings. I use an external notetaker, but it would be nice to have Gemini integrated. Additionally, it allows screen sharing... but you can't take control of someone else's computer! Google Meet, we're waiting for that feature!
