Pros

I love that it offers plenty of useful features on my phone like screen sharing and mentions, which is very useful for more than two people on a call.

Cons

One thing that throws me off is the video call quality. I want to see everyone clearly instead of blurry.

Google Meet allows me to easily talk with my colleagues in group even when we are far. The meetings are simple to join and I don’t need to do a lot of settings just a simple link.

Cons

When several people talk at the same time, the exchanges become sometimes less smooth. I also noticed some slowdowns during certain meetings.

My overall experience with Google Meet has been highly positive, primarily because it prioritizes reliability and ease of use over unnecessary complexity. It excels at what matters most: launching a call instantly, providing crystal-clear audio and video, and making collaboration on documents seamless.

Pros

Flawless Google Workspace Ecosystem Integration: The way it syncs with Google Calendar is incredibly smooth. Generating a meeting link directly within a calendar invite or pulling up shared Google Docs/Slides during a call feels entirely natural and effortless.

Cons

Browser-Dependent Performance for High-End Quality: Because it is heavily web-based, if a user's browser is bogged down with dozens of other open tabs, the video quality can sometimes stutter or drop resolution rather than optimizing via a dedicated desktop application.

Google Meet has become part of my regular routine for both work and personal life here in Canada. I use it mainly for professional meetings in sales and for attending online learning sessions and training related to my career growth. It has also been very helpful in staying connected with people across different places, especially with family and friends who are in India. Being able to connect instantly without complicated setup makes it very convenient in a busy day where time management matters. Overall, it has been a dependable tool that supports both my work responsibilities and personal connections.

Pros

What I like most about Google Meet is how easy and quick it is to use. I can join meetings just by clicking a link, and it works smoothly on both phone and laptop. The connection is generally stable, and the audio/video quality is good for day-to-day communication. It also integrates well with Google Calendar, which helps me manage meetings and schedules without missing anything important. For someone balancing work, learning, and family responsibilities, this simplicity is very helpful.

Cons

The main limitation is that it depends heavily on internet quality, so sometimes the call experience is not perfect. Also, some useful features are only available in paid versions of Google Workspace, which can feel restrictive. While it is great for basic meetings and communication, it does not feel very advanced for complex collaboration needs.

Pros

è facile da usare, si collega facilmente con gmail, google calendar e google drive, rendendo semplice partecipare e creare riunioni programmate. Funziona su pc, tablet e smartphone, permette anche di condividere lo schermo.

We regularly use Google Meet to facilitate both our regular group meetings as well as hosting virtual meetings with clients to discuss our projects and our overall experience has been very successful. Having Google Meet has really saved us from all the ups and downs of having to plan physical meetings by allowing us to handle all our meetings needs virtually which are more convenient and easy to plan. It allows us to hold our meetings at any time without any restrictions of being far away from each other and makes it easy for us to work hand in hand with our clients by allowing us to relay project updates with them frequently. Google Meet has also helped us to speed up our team communications and improve our collaboration during projects by allowing us to hold quick virtual meetings to discuss how we will execute our projects.

Pros

Our needs of holding regular meeting discussions to discuss our design projects both with our clients and within our design team led us to implement Google Meet which has been allowing us to easily and conveniently plan and host our meetings virtually. Google Meet offers incredible meeting host and participants management features which allows us to have full control over the meeting sessions, making it easy for us to ensure smooth discussion sessions. It also has great audience interaction tools like live chats which allows us to have very lively discussion sessions where everyone get to take part and weigh in their ideas. The user interface in Google Meet is very clean and user-friendly making it possible for us to easily and conveniently navigate through it during meetings. It also has excellent meeting reporting features which help us gain insights about our meeting management experience helping us to learn new ways of how to facilitate butter meeting experiences.

Cons

Google Meet has been a very straightforward tool to work with and we are satisfied with the service we get from it. It has been easy to use and all its features work perfectly for us allowing us to have a smooth and flawless user experience. There has been genuinely nothing for us to like least or dislike about Google Meet.

Google meet provides a very clean, reliable, and straightforward video conferencing experience. It serves as an excellent everyday tool for internal team syncing and quick external client calls due to its ease of access

Pros

The best future is the frictionless, browser-based entry. Users do not need to download software or apps to join a meeting. It also integrates perfectly with Google calendar, automatically adding a video link to invitations with one click

Cons

It lacks advanced webinar and interactive presentation tools out of the box compared to standalone competitors like zoom. Additionally, video quality can degrade rapidly if the internet connection is unstable

As per my use and experience it is nice as it is more user friendly than any other platform. I would suggest to use this as it is easier to manage and deliver meetings.

Pros

The product is easy to use and has good features which can allow group of participants to join the meeting .It has background options to manage the webinars meetings and classes . The product was very helpful in the situation of covid-19 for online classes of students and the product is value for money.

Cons

Limited feature in the free plan and requires stable internet connection while meetings etc. Meeting duration limits in free plans which raises the issue of time limits and deadlines.
