Pros Organization is a huge must have in the medical billing industry, especially as we are trying to reduce the amount of physical paperwork that's used on a regular basis. Excel really helps with that organization and being able to use it for reporting makes us work a lot more efficiently. Cons Even after taking a class dedicated to learning how to utilize Excel, it still can be super hard to navigate and get the spreadsheets done the way I want.
